I have purchased many products from kitchen appliances, computers, television, beauty products and shoes. Each time no problem returning an item regardless of the reason. Their name says it all Quality, Value and Convenience! Wish more companies were like them! You ROCK QVC! :)

Never have a problem, if I don't like the item or it doesn't fit, easy returns
My mother ordered me some cute figurines and they arrived smashed up! Called to see about a replacement and they refused even had to scream at 2 different managers to get her money back! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!
Have tried them 3 times and each time has turned out to be a fiasco. ALL RETURNS... Absolutely no savings there.
I've only used it once but had no problems. I can see where it might become addictive.
I have ordered many products seen on tv from QVC and amazed that the service and products are so good. Never have I had a problem. And customer service is wonderful they go out of their way to help
I appreciate the payment plan as my credit isn't up to par. In the past I've ordered cell phones, computer, tablet. No complaints with the electronics. If I wasn't satisfied with other items, Vera Bradley, ect; I would return.

My wife watches QVC and loves the shopping experience. I believe she can even shop when she is asleep.
I have been shopping at QVC for 15 years. I have been very happy until 2 years ago, I bought a set of Victorian dolls for christmas. They were fairly inexpensive but used easy pay. I was sick and did not get to bank to deposit. I think it was last payment of 7.00. I did not receive a letter and they sent me to collections. I went in 3 times and tried to pay them. They said everything was ok. But when I tried to order again my account was frozen. I told them I had paid within month after I was sick. But they didn't tell me it was in collections, they didn't do the payment and I didn't know. Do Now I Have This On My QVC Credit Staten ABC They Said It Remains. They never take it away. I do not use QVC any longer. They started getting very expensive items. And I had bought Downey and Burke for over $300.00 but now they sell items for $1000. 00. Also I loved their sheets but last ones were terrible. I read they now get them from china. And the QVC brand of cookware was the best. The guarantee was forever and even if received as gifts. But when I was in "suspense" I couldn't return a skillet. I had to open my account to return. It's a shame that they are changing and not for the better.
Not always satisfied with product. S&H high. You have to pay S&H to return product. Like the 30 days to see if it is what I want, quality is good, and if I will use it, etc. No problems with returning it except what I stated before.
QVC was my first experience in shopping on-line and was an excellent one. Still love to buy from them because it's always a good buy and the products are wonderful. Only problem--at my age, I don't need much anymore.
