I love shopping with qvc. I recently bought a water filtration for the kitchen. Awesome price, and fast delivery. Very happy that I'll be able to drink clean water all summer!

Mostly great. At one time you would get a letter if you returned a certain percent of items. But I found the sizing is not consistent between some brands. I stopped ordering for awhile and then started back. Since this practice is totally the opposite of what the hostesses say, "try it, you have 30 days to return" this practice might have dtopped.

I shop with QVC and I love them. They are a number one professionals in all they do.

Buy makeup on the website and always get a bargain

Out of the country (retaining my American Wellsfargo Bank Account) They have blocked my calls. I am an American Citizen, born and raised in Oregon, moved to Ghana so I could live well on my social security - and because I am in Africa, I have been blackballed, even though I pay them through my Wellsfargo account I have had for over 25 years! NO FAITH!

QVC stands by it's products, is reasonably affordable and the service is friendly

I have ordered ALOT from the Shopping Channel in Canada and can't be happier. This is where most of my shopping is done. Sorry it's not in the U.S., but we are fab neighbours!

Products are good but the S & H is always excessive

For years, these guys are good at getting you to buy what you don't need, but they are even better at accepting returns for products that have legitimate returns (wrong size, fit, color, broken, not as pictured, etc.). A model for on line shopping.

There are limits to the time worth spending to get a bargain and for me QVC is too much time, and I fear a lot of its customers have simply become addicted to watching it and buying products they can't afford or don't need because of showmanship. I like my bargains quick and upfront with minimal sales pitches and QVC does not meet that need so when we had cable TV we took off all shopping channels.

I have bought from QVC for many years. Great customer service, not problem returning anything.

A lot of the stuff you get is cheap China crap and every order I've ever had was wrong but the customer service is usually nice and I've gotten some really nice clothes from them.
