File a complaint about this clown Richard Spillman at Reportfraud.ftc.gov and https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint. He ripped me off for $110. Now the coward won't respond to my emails. Let's all band together and take him down!

Big scam! They received 11 boxes of onetouch ultra on Aug. 19,2022. I started emailing rich spillman on 9-26. Never responded. But as soon as I filed a complaint with Bbb, there was an instant response. They stated my check was mailed 9-23,2022 even though I requested payment by PayPal. Still waiting on payment. What a sorry excuse for a human being!

Sent in 7 boxes of strips. Requested PayPal payment per their policies. 1.5 months later still nothing. Calls goto voicemail and emails are answered with threats and always saying the check is in the mail. Contacted Beaumont PD, states attorney general's office and BBB. Got an email fr the owner threatening to cancel payment on the supposed check.

They just want your test strips. They are simple thieves. Time to get Postal Inspectors envolved. They have to be stopped. I will do whatever I can

Please do not do business with this company I sent my strips 1-1/2 months ago and I have still not be paid When I tried to call only get a voicemail I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and also looking into what other sources I can use to get the money I am due. I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this company Please don't let this happen to you. Thankfully I am retired and have plenty of time to expose this shady company

# SCAM ALERT #, Do not send these dirtbags anything, you will not get paid and when you e-mail or call to complain you will get every excuse there is especially " we never received your package " or " we're still shorthanded because of the Corona virus ". If you are persistent about actually getting what was quoted to you then he will threaten you with legal action. He's ripping off sick people and needs to be put in jail. The Better Business Bureau will contact them for you but don't expect any type of resolution, they're as useless as Rich Spillman.

I wish I could give them a ZERO! I sent four brand new boxes of test strips on December 29,2021 and they received them on January 3. These were pristine boxes - no dents, creases, the pharmacy didn't even put labels on them. Expiration July 31,2023. I started contacting Rich in February after not hearing anything or seeing any payment. E-mail after e-mail I kept getting the run around - check is being processed, check was lost - just excuse after excuse. I finally received a check on March 28... for $66 (I am owed $265.) He said that the boxes were damaged and the expiration was less than a year. LIES. So many lies throughout this whole ordeal. I have filed with the BBB and will be contacting my lawyer if BBB can't help me get the money I am owed. Save yourself the stress, headache, money, and complete time waste and go with a different company. I sure wish I had.

Sent them 13 boxes test dtrips never got paid. Their ad promised me 910.00 plus 25.00 first time user. Told me they never received them. Right. That's why they have 100s and 100s of complaints, wish I would seen the complaints before I sent them my strips...

This business is the worst - they lie about not receiving your products, lie about the quantity, quality, or expiration date of your products, lie about sending payment, lie about EVERYTHING. Do not trust this awful company with your extra diabetic supplies; there are so many reputable places out there that will pay you what they quote and send payment within a few days (NOT MONTHS). Look at the review sites, the Better Business Bureau, etc. - and you will see that this place is not well regarded. Their standard response is that "competitors" are posting these negative reviews, but that also is a LIE. Richard ($#*!) Spillman, the owner, keeps changing his business name, location, phone, and email to avoid disgruntled customers (and law enforcement). Let's hope he ends up in prison, where he belongs. Until then, let's hope he worries every moment of every day that he's going to be arrested and charged with FRAUD and LARCENY. What a horrible person.

They take your product but. You won't get pd I sent 7 boxes unopened in Aug 2021 it is now Dec 2021 and still no check for strips I was told if I speak more about this he will say I got pd

I wish this business well because in theory, it is a good one that would actually help people. However, I sent strips last March and never got payment for them. I was told the pandemic affected them, which I have no doubt is true. However, it is a year later, and I still don't have my payment. All I want is my payment that is owed to me. I will sadly not be able to do business with this company again.

This company (if it can be called a company) is nothing but liers. There site is far... way far from the truth. First off, QUICK is a lie. There is nothing quick about them. I have sold them test strips...$230.00 worth... but yet have had received payment. Two months ago I sent them in. The USPS says that QuckCash got the strips. I have heard nothing from them.
I have emailed them where, again, they say they monitor the messages 24/7 but no response after many many tries. I have called several times with no return call. I have even tried to contact "management" which there must not be a management because no return call from them either. This company should not be allowed as a business at all. All they do is steal your test strips. No payment. I'm sure they have already sold the test strips I sent in and gotten paid. They just refuse to pay me my $230.00. For people like myself that is a lot of money!
There is no way to give them an honest rate because they don't deserve to be rated at all.
I wish I could do more but I can't. Maybe this review will keep you from being had. Please, don't send your test strips to these people.
