You can't! All there is by phone is a recording to which there is NO response. On their site they have a place to leave your question and information... but no call back at all or email.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone. No one ever answers the phone. Emails go to the criminal owner's "personal" email, and he writes back initially offering to "look into" your question, then ignores you completely, then lies about what you sent (when it was received, how many items, their expiration date, etc.), sends you a check about 2 months later for partial payment, and then goes slient. Sadly, this scumbag liar continues to get away with his lowlife theft because there are always new people for him to rip off. There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE with this criminal enterprise. This guy NEVER pays you what he quotes, so sell anywhere else - or donate your strips and feel good about helping humanity instead of lining a criminal's pocket.

I have called this company over 20 times & still have not been able to talk to anyone. All you get is an answering machine & can't even leave a voicemail! This company has been reported to BBB & NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!

IF you can get through their "verification picture" (mine never worked), they will ignore your email.
