Misrepresented the product

The phone I received was from China Unicom - the Chinese version of Verizon. All the manuals were in Chinese. To register the product I had to provide information to a Chinese server. That is NOT reasonable.
Despite the low purchase price it wasn't worth it.
When I tried to put my review on the QuiBids page it would not allow me to do so.

Great Customer Support Resolution

The item I won at auction was not available, but QuiBids Customer Support team resolved the problem and I'm quite happy with the outcome. Disappointed that the original auction item was not available, but happy that QuiBids stepped up with options from which we both could benefit.

I like many went to try QuiBids though my experience was somewhat quick as I was not happy with what they had on aution. As I had not placed any bids I requested for a refund and they swiftly refunded my money so I can say their support team was very helpful.
I would recommend reading their Q&F sheets as they seem to try and make your experience worth while.

Excellent service

My experience was that I had made a mistake, that cost me money. When I told support what had happened they quickly replied, and helped me understand how I had done what I did. The money was quickly refunded and I learned a bit more of the idea of bidding. Thank You.
