I accidentally purchased a bid package and the person helped me get my money back

The phone I received was from China Unicom - the Chinese version of Verizon. All the manuals were in Chinese. To register the product I had to provide information to a Chinese server. That is NOT reasonable.
Despite the low purchase price it wasn't worth it.
When I tried to put my review on the QuiBids page it would not allow me to do so.

Had some items that I had won but I didn't claim because I was out of the country and could not access the site. They gave me a grace period for me to claim those items.

Asked for a refund of payment after I decided not to participate in the Auctions, credited back to my CC the next day.

It's not often these days, that a company has such efficient customer service, even when the customer is requesting a full refund.

I did not realize I was spending $60. When I realized what the auction was about and it was not like ebay, I was so sorry I joined.

My experience over the last 2 years has been awesome. Christmas and Birthdays have been my focus. These events have brought gifts to friends and family that if not for QuiBids I could not have purchased.

I paid my membership fee and later discovered that many of your products offered are of no use to me.

I neglected to pay for an auction win and when I received an email reminding me I needed assistance which I received promptly.

They resolved my issue, though a simple one, quickly.

It was the first time I was using the support part of quibids, so it was a surprise that it was so fast and friendly/

An unsuspected charge was charged to my account but your rep was able too offer me a refund.

Awesome for hours... I love to play QuiBids, I have won(and bought)many products that I would say all are of great quality. Thank you (and I know my credit cards do also)

Accidently made a purchase, contacted customer service during off hours, start of business Monday received an email about my refund already being processed. Extremely quick service with no questions asked.

The item I won at auction was not available, but QuiBids Customer Support team resolved the problem and I'm quite happy with the outcome. Disappointed that the original auction item was not available, but happy that QuiBids stepped up with options from which we both could benefit.

I was having issues with a gameplay and I was helped with the issue immediately!

I like many went to try QuiBids though my experience was somewhat quick as I was not happy with what they had on aution. As I had not placed any bids I requested for a refund and they swiftly refunded my money so I can say their support team was very helpful.
I would recommend reading their Q&F sheets as they seem to try and make your experience worth while.

My experience was that I had made a mistake, that cost me money. When I told support what had happened they quickly replied, and helped me understand how I had done what I did. The money was quickly refunded and I learned a bit more of the idea of bidding. Thank You.

I only had one experience, one bid and I won, received my winning in couple of days, I think that's good service.
