I purchased bids and didn't quite undestand what I was doing. When I finally understood I wrote to customer service they refunded my money right away.
I went inside my login account and shot a quick email about a refund. Best method that I have ever conducted when requesting a refund. Absolutely convenient and easy to locate on the main page

I went on your site by mistake. All of a sudden, I received a confirmation saying I have purchased something - 60 units for $60.00. I really did not know what was going on and accidentally purchased something. That was scary for this old woman. Thank God, your customer service was helpful and took care of it for me. I still did not know what I had purchased and how.

Money transaction buying bids confusing. Didn't realize the actual intent of providing the credit card as a means of purchasing bids. I was under the impression the CC was for legal age or means of providing a payment method.
It wasn't what I expected when it came to being able to make a bid. I will see how the next session goes. When I finally got thru to Customer Support the young man that helped me was "Awesome"! I did not understand that I had to "buy Bids" per say. They could do a better job of explaining that in their on-line material. You apparently have to pay for bids even though you don't get anything out of it. That could become "cost prohibitive"!
I had registered for your service and didn't realize that I had automatically ordered $60 in tokens, I explained this to your MOHAMED in your service dept. He said would refund any unused Real Bids and this would take about 5 days for it to appear on my account, this was on 1/4/16 the next morning 1/5/16 it had already been deposited in my account.
After putting in some info, I decided I did not want to join, however, somehow you charge my acct $60, I wrote and explained I did not want to join and my money was returned, thank you!

For the most part, they have been pretty good. When they couldn't get my order they gave me all my bids back. When I returned an order I didn't have any problems. I'm having an issue with one of my cards. Hopefully that will get fixed.

I must have clicked something that triggered a transaction to my credit card which I didn't mean to as I wasn't ready to place a bid. The customer rep told me it was going to be credited back to my card.
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
