Request to reopen a closed auction

I asked to get out of the program within an hour after I signed up, but I haven't gotten a response. It says 100% money back and I didn't realize that you just took our money even though we weren't bidding on anything. I want out and my money back under your guarantee. Thank you-

Exceptional Customer Service

After deciding QuiBids wasn't for me I requested to discontinue participation and have my money refunded. QuiBids was prompt and courteous fulfilling my request. It's rare to experience such professional, prompt, and honest customer service when dealing with an online business.
Although I did not fit with QuiBids I'd refer them to anyone contemplating getting involved with online bidding.

I was confused about the expiration on Promo bids I'd redeemed and asked why they had been removed, I think I was wrong but was given 5 bids out of courtesy. I believe I wasn't allowing for the time zone changes but wasn't questioned about it.

Love Quibids!

I play Quibids a lot and receive many items. But every once in a long while there is a delay on shipping (which normally, I receive everything right away!). This just happened with the TV I won and it had been already a couple of weeks, so I sent an email to Quibids Support. I got an immediate response, so was very thankful for that and was told it had shipped. Awaiting patiently!

My credit card had a charge on it that I did not make. When I emailed customer service I had a response very quickly. My credit card charge was corrected and had a very friendly email sent.
