I wish every business treated people with such respect

QuiBids responded to a shipping error quickly and sent the product as quickly as possible. The customer support itself responded quickly and outlined what the issue was and how they were resolving the problem.

I submitted an email requesting the reopening of an expired auction I had won recently. I received a response less than 24 hours later along with the reopening of the expired auction. Once again, awesome customer support from QuiBids!

I asked to get out of the program within an hour after I signed up, but I haven't gotten a response. It says 100% money back and I didn't realize that you just took our money even though we weren't bidding on anything. I want out and my money back under your guarantee. Thank you-

I did not read everything and just started bidding. They give you great information,. Take the time to read it.

After deciding QuiBids wasn't for me I requested to discontinue participation and have my money refunded. QuiBids was prompt and courteous fulfilling my request. It's rare to experience such professional, prompt, and honest customer service when dealing with an online business.
Although I did not fit with QuiBids I'd refer them to anyone contemplating getting involved with online bidding.

I was confused about the expiration on Promo bids I'd redeemed and asked why they had been removed, I think I was wrong but was given 5 bids out of courtesy. I believe I wasn't allowing for the time zone changes but wasn't questioned about it.

I play Quibids a lot and receive many items. But every once in a long while there is a delay on shipping (which normally, I receive everything right away!). This just happened with the TV I won and it had been already a couple of weeks, so I sent an email to Quibids Support. I got an immediate response, so was very thankful for that and was told it had shipped. Awaiting patiently!

Very fast response to my question and took care of it just as quickly. I was very happy with them.

I bid on a $50.00 walmart gift card but I did not win and thought that it was over but got a message that I could buy the card for the amount of $9.00. I was jumping up and down for it was a great deal. Thanks QuiBids for making my first experience a good one.

My credit card had a charge on it that I did not make. When I emailed customer service I had a response very quickly. My credit card charge was corrected and had a very friendly email sent.

Didn't realize they put money on your card ahead of time. Cant afford that

They were fast and took care of what needed to be done.

Used credit card to buy real bids as a beginner, got on trouble for it, contacted customer service and asked to get a refund ASAP, and I got a reply almost instantly, and my refund. No hassle.

This site is more like gambling than anything else someway and more lose in order to make money

I needed to know if I could change the size of sheets I had won and a customer service representative promptly returned my email with a response.

Inquiry on some details about my account. The response inquiry was fast and reliable.

Though I got one great deal, the professional gamblers that plague the site made for a bitter experience. For ethical reasons, I detest gambling.

I like the fact that when I realized this wasn't a good shopping avenue for me; they worked with me to resolve my issue quickly.
