Loved that I said, "cancel account", and done. No questions whats so ever. Did not matter to them that I took my own money and decided to leave. That is great customer service. All companies should follow this model of providing perfectly executed customer service.

I haven't used this website at all, so I asked tobe removed from the site. Customer service got back to me in less than 24 hours, removed me from the website and refunded my money. Now THAT'S great sesrvice. Thank you!
Customer service with Quibids was awesome. I had a return email almost immediately after I sent an email off to them requesting a refund. That is almost unheard of in the world today. Thank you very much for the awesome response. I am very impressed.
I found this site to be very misleading and full of the same articles.
I went through 20 pages and still did not find anything that aS different than the first page. I went through different categories and found each to be the same. Based on my experience I could not recommend it to my family or friends.
Within 15 minutes of me sending an email asking about an account issue they replied back and had already taken care of my issue hassle free. Can't ask for better than that!

After joining, I was the told how the system works and took a tour of what was being offered, I was somewhat disappointed, and realized that it would be too time consuming and there was very few things that i was interested in and requested a refund since I had not used any of the initial $60 to place or starting a bid
I inadvertantly put money on the account that did not plan on, it was refunded without any questions or hassles and much quicker than anticipated.
My request to customer support was handled very quickly!
I usually start my day off by trying to win an auction. I lose more than I win but when I win I win big. I really enjoy the competition and have memorized the big players and those who spend mostly vouchers from the ones that are just going to buy it. Bidding requires strategy and I enjoy that.
I was tricked into making a $60 purchase upon signing up which I did NOT intend! I knew I was giving my credit card info and thought I was getting a one-time charge of $0.60 but this site is VERY misleading. I did, however, get a full refund as I did not place any bids, thank God. But when giving me this refund, they also deactivated my acct which I did not ask for but it seems you cannot even be a member to study how to participate without buying bids. This is how this site tricks people out of their money and had I not looked at my bank statement, I would've never known.

QuiBids without question? Refunded the Deposit I wasn't aware I was making when joined. Quickly and Simply! I emailed them as soon as I realized what I did. And, soon after received an e-mail telling me they had refunded the amount back to my account. NO QUESTIONS ASKED WOW! A FIRST EVER...
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
