I've been a customer for about 5 months now. I enjoy the whole site. The support team is fast and quick, I have received all of the merchandise I've won or bought within 5 working days, and I've saved some money in the possess.
I had a problem. They fixed it. No problem. What more can I ask?
I opened a Qubids account. Noticed there was a $60 charge to my payment method even though I didn't knowingly cause. Emailed support and they refunded and responded withing twenty-four hours.

I wrote to customer service asking questions about quibids and my account if I had one, and they were answered very quickly.
Keep getting overbid on almost everything! I keep seeing this "regulars" winning with small bid amounts, but that only seems to happen with certain people... over and over again!
I had an issue with choosing the wrong product, but it wasnt processed yet so they fixed it for me, thank you!
I didn't understand the bidding process and ended up being charged. I was refunded the next day. Very good service.
Only a 3 because its confusing how to use the site
I had to contact your support team regarding not being able to get my purchase to go through. Each time they answered my Emails very promptly. In trying to get my credit card problem fixed my 3 days ran out & I lost the items I had won. I ask them if they would reinstate my 2 items that I had won so I could purchase them & they were kind enough to do so. I really appreciated it.
I chose not to follow through on my bidding. Quibids promptly credited my purchase.
For the most part I find the site very good, everyone has a chance of winning and it has improved over the years, to make it more balanced.
Only thing I do not like is the choice of products that Canadians can bid on compared to the USA, it used to be very similar a few years ago, but we seem to be very limited for choice, we do not have any Apple products no more.
If this could change it would be an excellent site for all particpating.
My a purchase ad didn'even know it, at the age of 77 sometime you do things you don't know what your doing. It was my fault but any way I could get a refund? If not I understand. Mary Williams.

Customer service has so far responded quickly to me request to unsubscribe with lip service to return my inadvertent investment. If this is returned, I will shout praises to the mountains they are not taking advantage of folks.
I don't think this is for me. To get anything I would really use, it would cost me more money. I seem to spend money on items I really don't need just to see if I could win a bid. For hot items, you would have to spend quite a bit.
I used the chat service to resolve an issue I was having. The responses were prompt and helpful - I felt understood and had a good outcome.
Has signed up to check out site - had an immediate charge on my credit card of $60.00. I asked for a refund and got it the next day!
Didn't understand process; customer service understood... and responded back in a timely manner and not with sarcasm. Will be back to review your site soon!

I emailed a questions I had about my bids. Quibids customer service got back to me within 30 mins. They answered my question completely in a very detailed and understanding way.
I enrolled by accident and asked for my money back. They were happy to provide me with a refund immediately and then sent me info on how it works. It was a very fast response.
I mistakenly signed up but was not ready to put in the time. I got a nearly immediate refund!
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
