Ordered 100 bids but then realized I don't at the moment have time to spend on the auction which is the only way to be successful. I asked for my money to be returned and received a reply very quickly that your Company would do just that. Thank you. Great customer service.

I joined, but after nearly a year, I was not able to take advantage of my membership. I called to ask if a refund was possible, & in a matter of seconds, Alicia refunded my initial fee. It was immediately posted to my account, & the issue was resolved. Fast, courteous customer service, very pleased!

A nice bait and switch website

I thought it was a action site but it is just a sales site. Once you put your so called bid in your stuck with the product at the retail price or lose your money. That's crazy!

I was impressed that within one day I got a response back from Quibids on my question about using my account in Australia when we move there in 2 weeks time. Wasn't happy with the information (they ceased operations in Australia back in November) but glad a got such a quick response

I signed up for Quickbids. I thought I was getting one thing and realized I did not know what I was getting into without studying the program. When $60.00 was deducted upfront on my credit card I questioned my involvement. I elected to get out of the program. I notified the company for a refund. I the refund qas credited to my account ASAP. Was really an easy and pleasant response.

Resellers?

The few things I bid on seemed to be against the same people and
They seemed to win the same item 3 or 4 times. It made me think
That it may be resellers. That's why I decided not to bid anymore. Maybe
You could limit the purchase of an item to 2 in a months time

When I bid on an item by mistake I wrote to QuiBids explaining my problem, The next]day I rec'd a notice my money would be returned. Can't get any better and trusting than that!
