Not my style and way to expensive

Awesome customer service

I questioned why I had two charges for bids. I didn't quite understand that when I signed up it gave me the option to buy, and I guess I just thought I was registering my card for future purchases. So I went and bought another $45 pack of bids, not realizing I had purchased $60 on signup.

My email was answered within 30 minutes (I'm almost positive it was less but I wasn't in my email program at the time), and the guy was most helpful. I appreciate that sort of customer service because it is sorely lacking in many online companies these days.

Initial start to Quibids

I did not understand that I would have to pay $60.00 for an initial try at the bidding
Process with a 100 bid package. I was given an immediate credit when I expressed my surprise. I wanted to dip my toe into the process and did not expect the cost. I am still thinking about getting started; but the customer service was great.

Professionalism at its best.

I had won an auction in which I needed to specify the size that required me changing the information. Contacting Support is not one of my normal actions, but I am so glad I did. The support team responded immediately, and gave me very thorough instructions. It was so easy to follow them, and not intimidating to me at all. It felt good to be successful so easily.

I recommend QuiBids to everyone. They assist you with everything, exhibit patience, and even teach you how to win auctions. Happy Bidding to All.

I had no idea Quibids would "buy" a bid package for me without my knowledge or consent for just Registering on the site. And yes I read the Term and Conditions 3 times. Not Cool.

Refund my $ back

Im a beginner, i was trying so hard to learn this game but i end up thinking of quitting. So i went and research how i can refund my money back. Got this email, i email them so they email me back they going to send my refund back in 5 business days! So i got it the next day!

Transparent and trustworthy

Bidding isn't something i do on a regular basis. When I was looking for a new Apple product, I came across QuiBids website. I didn't know whether to trust it or not. I decided to tray it out. I registered and started to participate in the action. To my surprise, I saw an email saying that I paid for a start up package. I was furious. I thought it was a scam. I emailed the customer service and they replied right away. They reimbursed the left over of the credit that I did not use in the auction. They also explained the terms of the auction that were written by the way in black and white.

Great experience

My son thought he would do me a favor and sign me up for Quibids. Of course it did it without asking first. When I received confirmation on my membership I asked him what he had done. He told me that he signed me up because he thought it was something I would enjoy. I sent an email to Quibids, and without any question they refunded my money and canceled my account. I was expecting a long drawn out ordeal, but I was wrong. Again thank you Quibids for understanding.

Fine customer service

I accidentally signed up for their service, (costing 75 dollars). I sent them a request for a refund, and not only was it quick, it was incredibly kind.

Often a company will try to "sway" you to stay, or to try to keep your money. Neither was the case here, and I was incredibly impressed.

I did not completely understand the process when I signed up, but when I contacted QuiBids and asked to cancel my account, I was immediately answered with a positive reply and subsequent action with no argument. That is what I consider great customer support.
