Awesome telephone support

Had an issue with an auction I had been bidding in for over 2 hours and was "locked" when the auctions paused. Upon the auction resuming 2 high roller bidders were able to jump into the auction for the brief time it was no longer locked. I immediately phoned support and Mandi was very apologetic that it could happen, and I received all my bids back prior to it being paused. There was a significant amount of bids and I am very grateful they offered to do that!

Great and reasonable!

Mistakenly bought 100 bids while setting up my profile and was adding my card info and turned out to be a purchase, wrote them and they were sorry about the confusion and refunded me back the $60 I spent! I was glad!

Solved My Problem

The gentleman was very nice and patient as I described my problem. I got disconnected and when I called back I got the same guy so I didn't have to explain it all over again. He told me how to solve my problem and everything is fine and working as usual.

I was very sorry to find that Quibids had nothing to offer that I was intrested in bidding on. But was extremely surprised when I ask to be reimbursed that customer support got back to me so quickly. No problems at all with anything. Very friendly.

Made my hair stand on end

In signing up, I may have gotten distracted and taken a few minutes... but when I finished, yikes, I had a credit card charge of $60. Never saw a screen for choices of buying bids. Since I had zero experience with your site, I wasn't (yet) aware that you buy back all unused bids on request. Fortunately your help desk was right on it, and it was all solved by the next morning (maybe earlier; that's when I saw the email), Many thanks.

AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS, I see that the site has a habit of charging $60 (for 100 bids) on signup, without asking permission. If this isn't fraudulent, it's not far from it. I want nothing to do with this kind of outfit.

I enjoy winning gift cards because they make excellent gifts for everyone for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas. Gift cards also come in handy whenever I need them.
QuiBids is now one of the best shopping sites available online to win great deals on gift cards. They have also made some positive changes, like free shipping.

Problem Solved
