Great experience, item 3 matches the one in the mailing

I either received or ordered the wrong product (wrong Jeep body style) and a return is in the works.,

I ordered my bumper on a Monday and had it by Friday. Everything was in order as it should be. I had a great experience overall as a consumer.

It was fast and easy, i waited for awhile though as it was on back order.

What I want in stock and readily available to ship

The site was great but the mount doesn't charge well. Great concept but not good execution.

I placed and paid for an order of 6 items May 2. Received 3 items quickly. But Quadratec has been miserable regarding requests for additional information about missing items or updates on delivery. I've emailed Quadratec over 3 times; placed over 2 requests for updates on their "chat" website with ZERO specifics regarding delivery. I called their 800 number 3 times and was put on a hold loop over 20 minutes each time with no response.

For 3 weeks the Quadratec online status stated "processing payment" for the 3 missing items (they had already been paid over $900 for those items). As of May 31st their website said "in shipping (3rd party)" but did not show any status update of when the 3 items might be shipped.

I checked with the manufacturers (not Quadratec) of 2 of the missing 3 items and they confirmed the items were in stock and ready to ship. Even though the 2 items had been paid for and were in stock (at the original manufacturer) it took over 30 days to receive the 2 items. I ordered an identical part from a different supplier and received it in 4 days.

Over the past 3 weeks I have cancelled the remaining 1 item 2 times via chat and 1 time via email and still ZERO confirmation of the cancelation and ZERO credit back to my account.

The worst customer service I received from any company.
