Love the style of my new wheels for off road Jeep, Very little appreciation for the wheels being delivered in two different colors. All boxed rims had correct part numbers, all labeled correct color.
Felt like Forest Gump opening a box of chocolates, from Quadtech "You never know what you'll get"

Ordered was placed and product received fairly quickly.

Delivery super fast. Went on smoothly. Rear gate bar appears damaged as rubber off metal in spots. Haven't had chance to play w it yet but may have to return that piece.

Much louder than I would like. Almost sounds like a honda civic with a farther can.

Initially sent the wrong item. Contacted them by email on a Saturday and they immediately sent out the correct item and set up the return. Well done.

Quadratec promised a refund on a price drop that they emailed to me 5 days after I bought this product. I called on this 2 weeks a go and followed up on this a week later. I have not received this refund, so I will have to call in again and talk to a manager. Everytime it is an hour plus wait on the phone. I have never had this much of a lack of customer service. I will try to not buy from Quadratec in the future. They simply don't care.

Item took too long to ship. Item was sent or transferred to USPS and they many times won't deliver to our home so we have to go 16 miles to the post office to get the order!

First order came on time. Product was wrong top but i ordered incorrectly.
Placed second order and products came timely. Top is ok but still not what i want but it works for now. Antenna didnt fit, having to send it back. Havent installed hinges so too soon to tell how they will work
