Unfortunately the cover I ordered will not fit my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I even brought it to the dealer and because of the camera and lock, it won't go over the cut hole. I need to return and waiting for someone to get back to me on what i have to do and get my credit.

The on site order status says: direct ship from vendor.
I chatted with the customer service were they said, "We are waiting for the vendor to ship it to the distribution centre". So it is NOT available as stated. Misleading. The customer service's reaction was "sorry for the confusion". So now I am stuck, cant cancel the order and am in real need for these items. This seems like malpractice and really bad service to me...
