Qlink is the worst subsidy company of any lifeline with safelink in my opinion being top notch.The service is horrible my phones says no service in 5G area can't make calls off n on very bad customer care barley get in touch with anyone.The sign up process I must admit is simple n easy n flawless otherwise their service sucks I RECOMMEND ANYLIFELINE USER SAFELINK OR AIRTALK BEST

When the world was going on lock down, I was pandemic panicking. With no work, rent and food were a struggle. I was resigned to have no phone when a friend told me about Q-Link. I was grateful for any service, but Q-Link is easily as good or better than any other carrier I've had.

I love Qlink, never any problems and the service is wonderful. I'm on a fixed income and this is a huge help to me.

I HAD A GREAT TIME GETTING ALL THE SPECIAL STUFF OFFERED. I THINK IT IS GREAT THAT YOU ARE HELPING ME WITH A TABLET SO I CAN STAY CONNECTED TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.

I have the Sorono, Hot Pepper phone. This phone is too small for a quadplegic to use. I've been told "NO" as the fin a l answer. I can't use my phone.
I don't know how to load video or image to demonstrate this.

All though I didn't get a phone but they do have a variety of phone's to choose from that are priced variety reasonable to afford and they have a payment plan if you qualify for the payment plan other than that I love my q link wireless service and I suggest my friends and family checking in to it as well. This is the best reliable phone service I have ever had. If you do have any problems the customer service people are great. They get get your phone up and running in less than a minute.
