This service is better then the competition out there i recommend to everyone who wants great service

If you want great affordable service without all the hassle that comes with all the competitors out there then Q-Link is the one for you.

Great job very professional very refreshing in this age hard to find so keep up the good work and please by no means stop doing what you are doing for the customers especially the elderly.

The service is good, the particular phone I have is difficult to use and often will not wake up. I use it once a week to call someone as well as have someone call me. It is very slow to respond although I keep it charged. I probably need to upgrade to a better PHONE but that would ruin the whole idea of FREE life line service. It IS just for emergency anyway. But I always appreciate the QLinkWireless service for providing this phone at all! THANK YOU~

Never a problem my only complaint is the reviews requirements they're shouldn't be any if a person wants to say simply Love it and nothing more they should be able to. Further more it's a wast of my time. Wast is not something I want or need. Cant afford wast. Wast my money. Wast my time. What a wast. Damn I'm wasted!

I am very thankful for this service. I would not have a phone without this service! It is great for the underpriviledged.

Rarely does it slow down and streaming is always awesome. I seldom leave reviews especially when forced to write a certain length! My 1st sentence was all i wanted to say...

Great company, I love my service no complaints, have had no problem with my phone or service, love that they text me.

This has saved me from so much worry. I have been worried about how I'm going to pay my phone bill during these expensive times. I can barely buy enough groceries to last for the whole month between me and my toddler. This is a little weight off my shoulder

I think that QLinkWireless is truly a great service. However, if I could send pictures through text that would be great too.

Not unlimited... it's not unlimited at all...
And the phone or text doesn't work 90% of the time.
And they out sourced it... so good luck with that.
Also if you call them they will only say the tower is down... and it's not. It's been 45 days since our phone has worked...

No real concerns at this time; however when choosing a phone make sure the phone can perform the services that are offered.

I have 2 phone they said was compatible but end up being not compatible. So I decided to buy a phone from them…I NEVER GOT IT! They said I did, I told them, it was NEVER delivered to me. Then Qlink put me to work to search for the phone with 2 different tracking numbers, which was no good. They had me call Amazon, UPS, and my post office…no phone. After talking to at least 10 customers services person 3 supervisors and a manager, they will not refunded me my money and I don't have the phone they said was delivered. What a way to treat a customer and senior citizen living on a fix income….

Love it. My calls never drop. Minutes and data are always on time. Application process was a breeze

Have had for 6 years and loved every bit of it major help to help me with my disability I get free service I'm so very happy with their services also there's a phone at Walmart $10 Network for this
