I had my number for last 8 years which i lost it because of this company employee without my permission. I saw their ad and I went to their website to get approved for tablet and I was trying to pay for it. But it was not working at that time. So I just let it go. Then after few days I got the mail from them and it has sim card in it. I put it in my drawer because I never apply for this. Then just my bad day started that I decided to use this thief company sim card. First it didn't work on my personal phone then I had to wait and buy new phone which will works with their company. I got my new phone on July 3,2022, So I put the sim card and wait till monday to work for this phone which I did. But out of blue without my permission. My number was disconnected from this company and send it to other carrier. While I didn't know my acct number and my pin number. Who is the owner of the sim card doesn't know and still able to transfer other company. So its very clear that someone from the company employee did it because they knows acct number and pin number. I was only able to use this sim card rarely few mintues. Now they don't even know which carrier i am been moved. I am very mad because this number was with me for last 8 years.

I am new to qlink. I signed up with qlink and purchased a new phone through their website. I received a corrupt phone. When I called to address this they said to return phone but that I was responsible for shipping charges for the broken phone they sent me. Really! Bad business.

Phone all the way to me hook up was easy. Support is great very helpful glad to have them as a Carrier (Q-link)

Lets me know when they refill my service. I always have minutes. I also get texts unlimited. Have been pleased from day one.

Love my Qlink services u would tell anyone that needs assistance especially with phone service etc they need to get Qlink!

With the rising costs of everything I don't know how I would make it on my limited income it is such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about having the money to pay my phone bill

It's good to have wen u don't have a phone. But I like it alot cus it helps me out alot wen I didn't have a phone.

As I have already reported, there is no guidance on setting up the roaming system. Please let me know to activate the feature.

All I am going to say here is, WOW! This phone service came in my life at the most perfect time. I had just lost my job due to things going on in the world which in turn caused me to lose my home, vehicle, and just about everything else I had ever owned. I couldn't barely keep food in my stomach so I know I couldn't pay for a phone and bill. Someone told me about this Qlink program, so I checked it out and filled out the application and whammo, a week later I had a working phone. It brought about so many lifesaving changes and I know for sure that if not for this phone program I might not have been here today to write about how kickass Qlink is. Thank you.

Qlink used to be a half star, now 5 service improved drastically after a little government intervention

My only complaint is halfway through the month my data does slow down quite a bit. If I turn airplane mode on then off again, it will usually fix it for a lil while. It's free service so I hate to complain about anything, am truly grateful for this blessing.

I'm enjoying my qkink service very much with 5 stars. But I thought the qlink phones were free with the exception of the tablet

I have not had any trouble with outgoing or incoming calls at all no matter where I go.This is the best cell company I have ever had thank you

It great,for people who don't have any income.but you have to keep your eye on your phone at all times
