I received my Artsy Louis Vuitton purse 2 days ago. The Artsy purse is well tailored and I love it but it has a very gaseous stench. I am hoping it airs out very soon. I am wondering what I should do about it?

I ordered the replica Louis Vuitton Siracusa (a retired model from LV) and am very pleasantly surprised at how well made this bag is. I have never seen one in person before, but the style and size were just what I was looking for in a large tote style with a zippered closure. The piece that fits & slides on the top of the removable shoulder strap did not come with the purse but PV stated in an email that they will send one to me. Customer Service has been wonderful throughout the entire process of ordering & delivery so I don't understand any negative reviews about that. Also, I own several LVs I purchased at the Atlanta Lenox Square Mall store & they just are not made well enough to justify the exhorbitant price. I have had problems with two of them. But if PV can replicate them so very well, why wouldn't I buy them from PV? I absolutely recommend this company & will purchase more replica handbags from them! Yay - I am very, very pleased with my bag. (My bag arrived with a strong chemical smell, but Fabreze easily took care of that.)

I ordered a louis Vuitton Turenne about 2 months ago, after the customer service agents contacted me, they talked me through paying and really held my hand through the process.
They contacted me again 5 days later with the tracking code, the bag came around 2 weeks later. I had no problems with custom fees.
The bag was great and really looks like the real thing, even one month later after constant use it hasn't shown much aging. Highly recommended!
The bag is great! My colleague just bought the same bag and saw my PV replica and picked it up, smelled the leather and said, I can tell this is real! I felt a bit bad that she just paid 3100 for the bag I just paid less than 400 for. The handle is a bit off but no one would think this was a replica. My advice is to call PV after you order to help the process go smooth. I called and had to authorize them charging my credit card, I also followed up to be sure they had sent. I ordered on 6-01 and received on 6-13. My friend ordered on 6-1 and received on 6-15.

I have made several purchases from PurseValley and I've never been disappointed. I received my order (very) promptly and perfectly packaged.
My experience was stellar. I've waited 5 months to write this review. Used my Am Ex and it went through immediately and no other charges. Recieved my bag in less than 2 weeks. It was beautiful and perfect and except for no number on the LV Neverfull, it looks exact. Smelled like leather out of the bag. After 5 months the bag has a wonderful patina. I don't know anything about watches but my LV is my favorite bag.
Paid over 300 Canadian dollars, the watch was non-working! So far They just keep ignoring me, It just been a few days ( no more than 30 days!), they told me to send back the watch in China and pay for it ( it cost me over 80 dollars) and they won't refund me! So basically they ship me a non-working watch and I have to pay to get it return to China and don't even know if I will get a replacement because they don't answer my email they just ignore me! So be advice this company does not respect their engagement! I Am in the Progress to poursuit This compagnie J'ai acheté une montre Rolex et j'ai reçu cette montre qui ne fonctionnais pas j'ai donc contacté leur département ils m'ont dit de retourner cette montre en Chine a mes frais (80 dollars) et ils ne rembourseront pas les frais et je ne sais même pas si je vais recevoir le remplacement car ils ne répondent plus a mes courriel, cette compagnie ne respecte pas leur politique de remboursement de 30 jours, je n'ai eu cette montre que de 7 jours et ils n'ont rien fait!
