CoA option is really hard to find, should be more obvious on the "cart" page, i.e. Just check a box if you want CoAs included. Also, there used to be a shipping option that was "call for pickup" and we could arrange our own shipping, but now the only shipping options are incredibly slow or incredibly expensive. (Also, the cheapest shipping options don't even tell you the time frame, so I mistakenly chose the cheapest one a few weeks ago and it STILL hasn't arrived!) Shipping options really need to be clearer (and better!)...
