I have an eating disorder. When I ingest refined carbohydrates, I experience cravings I cannot control. Binge eating is the reault. I am so happy to have vitamins that are pure, enabling me to follow a food plan that eliminates all refined carbs.
Good product, shipped in time
International shipping option DDU makes it very difficult to track packages to Canada. The main pages were never properly updated with sub-shipper information (e.g. USPS) nor did it include all information from the Canadian shipper.
The product was fine but paying nearly $20 for shipping was ridiculous. I got a similar size package shipped on the same day from (from Oregon) shipped directly to me in 1 week (this Pure Bulk shipment took more than 2 weeks) for free (!) plus I always knew where the package was.
I won't be ordering from Pure Bulk again due to this shipper.

I like shopping with pure bulk. They always process my order quickly and I have it as soon as possible. Their products are good quality. For my last order, I ordered several items in 1kg or 500g quantities and I received multiples of 250g pouches. Not a big deal, but I wish this was specified on the website.
I had a problem with the website but the very kind guy that I spoke to on the phone was able to guide me through and I placed my order successfully. Thank you!

Great, found all I was looking for.
The order process was fine. I was disappointed that the price of the product (Biotin) I was buying had almost doubled since my last purchase a year or so ago. Delivery was prompt given it was coming across the Atlantic although it then got held up by Customs until duty/VAT of a further c 30% was paid.
