Quick and easy
Shipping took longer than I would have liked but otherwise the experience was fine. Hard to get emotional about pills...
Easy shopping, good communication. An awkward time to be shipping internationally, took over a month to be delivered, taking two weeks to get from Bell, CA to Los Angeles CA, and then over two weeks to be delivered after arriving in Australia.

I am chemically sensitive and I need pure supplements. My magnesium powder does the trick for my deficiency, and I never have a sensitivity reaction to it. It's a "must have" for my health
It seems like quality is good, and price beats competitors. Third party testing is important in today's world, to make sure the source material is not impure. As long as that is being done, and prices are kept competitive, and the service stays as good as it is regarding shipping, etc., I will continue to be a customer, and look forward to seeing more powders being made available.
