I received three free samples with my purchase that I didn't request. Two of the free samples were for products I don't know anything about and no information about their use was included. I would prefer not receiving any free samples when there is not information included about how to use them. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase from and interactions with Pure Bulk. Thank you.

The only issue I have had in that you aren't supplying Hydrolized Collagen (Bovine) in the kilo right now & it isn't worth my money to buy the other sizes.
If you could let me know when it is back in stock, I would really appreciate it. If it is not going to be back in stock for a while, I may have to purchase it elsewhere.

The products sold by Pure Bulk are of the highest quality. The only thing I find a bit expensive is the price of international postage. $13.50 for a 25g pouch. Maybe this can be improved and I would probably order more often.
