This is a very easy site to navigate. And the products work well.
Prices of products are great. Seem like a great site and i enjoy buying your products. More diversity would be great, but i imagine it would also impair some of your business (e.g., more nootropics, particularly the not so well known/used ones). The largest single factor that keeps me from ordering is primarily the cost of shipping and second to that, if you don't have all the products i have, then it makes no sense to pay for shipping from you and then another place as well. Today, for example, i was looking for centrophenoxine (sp? -- not looking it up, sorry, but a choline combo source), some NAC, and some ALA; however, 3 things precluded me from ordering -- 1, you don't carry centrophenoxine (which is a pretty 'innocent' nootropic, so i was a bit surprised by that), 2, the quality of your ALA not the R type (more bioavailable), and 3, the shipping cost. If i had the money, i would purchase most of my products from you folks and then order whatever else i wanted from another source; however, my financial situation does not privilege me that at this point. On the recommendation side -- none of my friends are into supplements or nootropics (their loss), so it wouldn't do any good to recommend (people--especially over 40--don't like unsolicited advice - haha). However, in the event that someone were to ask me, i would recommend you. Hope you all continue to do well in your business. Thanks.
Aside from a billing problem with USPS for a free shipping charge (which has been credited to me by Bulk), I'm satisfied with the entire shopping experience.
