I don't know how it could have been improved other than by shortening this rating quiz. It was a very simple transaction and the product is one which doesn't lend itself to being "rated".

The whole process went really smoothly although once the items hit Australia delivery slowed down remarkably. It took 4 days to get to me after arriving at the airport in Brisbane, I live 45 mins from the airport. I understand that it has to go through procedures here but that seems excessive. Otherwise all good.
