Password reset isnt working correctly. After clicking on the email reset link, the page would display for a second with a temp password but then go directly to the sign in page with no temp password embedded. This happened on my laptop, note 4 chrome, Firefox and embedded browsers. I almost cancelled my order and went to another website but I reset once more, after about 4 times and then it worked. I suggest u fix it if u wish to continue increasing your revenue. I received the sum of my ordered products and I am satisfied with what I paid for them and I'm happy with the products, although I didn't expect the ALCAR/ALA to be so yellowish and cakey. I will inquire about this product further to determine it's level of purity..

I was disappointed to find that one of the items I needed was out of stock (magnesium aspertate). I contacted support to see when the item would be restocked and they couldn't tell me because they didn't know. I was just surprised to see that an item can be out of stock and that there is no regimented timing for a restock. The most the support person could tell me was to check back in a few weeks. (Although I was impressed by the quickness of the support department's response.) Maybe you could have an alert email system when items on customers' wish lists are restocked?

So, not terrible, but a little disappointing. Also, when I went to check out, the site kept telling me that it couldn't process my order, but there was no explanation as to why. So I didn't know what to do to resolve the issue. I had to enter my credit card information three times before it would accept. (And I checked every time to make sure that there were no errors or typos in the information every time, so I know that it had to be the site. Perhaps other customers are having the same issue?
