My chocolate lab is 6 months old now and is growing beautifully.
My puppy came with a certificate of vaccination from the vet as well as a microchip. The previous owners/breeder provided PuppySpot with a video so I could see how my dog was playing and how active she was. I requested it.
I am overall very happy and was grateful I decided to get my dog through them.

HORRIBLE! Don't use them! 1st they wouldn't let me communicate w/the breeder. Their competition does I found out. The puppy arrived with a skin infection, not the updated vaccinations, and terribly malnourished (1/2 her recommended body weight) The company reimbursed me or the vaccination and a whopping 15% refund. NOW the pre-op spaying bloodwork shows a serious genetic liver disease ( definitely comes from parents which MUST have had high enzymes in their bloodwork and shouldn't be bred) and the results today show she needs surgery immediately. We don't know if it will be manageable or fatal. Their "promise" only covers the paid amount for the dog-nothing else. This is awful!

The PuppySpot process was remarkably easy. They had a huge selection and when I called for information, they were very helpful in answering my questions as well as walking me through the process. My dog arrived healthy and happy and we are so thrilled with him. He is such a cutie!

Everything that was promised came through. There was excellent communication and we are thrilled with our cavapoo. She was obviously handled very well and her delivery and instructions and gift package were terrific. Any questions I had, including after she arrived, were answered immediately. We would definitely recommend PuppySpot again.

I paid big money for a toy sized Yorkie. Really Big money, thousands and thousands of dollars. My puppy's parents are advertised as being 3-4 pounds. My puppy is only four months old, and he already weighs more than 5 pounds! And he is still growing like crazy! It wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being 10 pounds! Like I said, I paid thousands of dollars for a small dog, and I have been swindled and deceived! I don't know what to do, my heart is totally broken over this. It isn't fair. Beware of PuppySpot! You can not check out the puppy's parents before you purchase, you never know what you will get! Don't waste your money or your heart energy, it is devastating.

I'm extremely pleased with my fur baby. However, upon arrival and 1st vet check she had Giardia, which was determined by the vet that due to the amount in stool, she had it prior to arrival to me. The initial paperwork said she passed as "negative", but I've been spending a lot of money on vet bills to get her over it. On the other hand she's super smart and I love her beyond words. I just wish more would have gone in to check for this and also precautions taken care during transport to make sure no other dogs were effective. That is really my only complaint, but it's heart breaking to see her go thru it and the fact that no matter how cautious I was about cleaning up her stool, I ended up with it and had to pay for my medical bills as well; it is very difficult because I have an auto immune disorder. I purchased her to be trained for my epilepsy and PSD pet for my PTSD. I've spent a lot of money, but Puppy Spot has been MOST helpful and understanding.

It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I chose a puppy that was three weeks old. We had to wait, felt like forever. But the wait was worth it. He came Happy Healthy and potty trained. He was a Chihuahua weight less than 3lbs. We waited until he was 12 wks to travel. Very potty trained.I just have to keep it going. He is doing amazing. I thoght he would be a mess traveling in a flight for so long. But he was so good. He held himself untill he got al the way home. He sleeps through the night. Waits to go outside first thing in the morning. So sweet and loveable and very playful. It was love at first sight. He was so well taken care of. Amazing breeder. Total awesome experience. He is my little dream come true. Everyone was very nice every time I spoke with. I can't say enough good things about Puppy spot.
