I was first very reluctant to adopt a puppy through a website which also has some bad reviews, but took a leap of faith and I am so glad I did it. I have wonderful experience with them. My first puppy had some heart murmurs, so they cancelled the adoption right away, offered me full refund or adopt another puppy. I went for another puppy, who turned out overbite issue. We decided to adopt another puppy and got my perfect puppy. The team was very helpful through all this process. My first puppy scheduled to deliver to the airport, which is 40 mins away from us. The one that I actually adopted delivered a location only 20 mins away from us. I was late for 30 mins because of traffic but they were so nice and waited me without any issue. My puppy arrived with his first shots, his food and a blanket and all the information that you need. If I used a local breeder, we would most likely miss the heart issue, so I am very pleased puppyspots through examination and provide us a perfect puppy.

This whole process was so easy and everything they claim is true. We love our dog and he is a charm here with everyone who has met him. I only wish we had another one just like him.

Penny has settled into our home and loves to cuddle, go for walks, play with toys, play in the freshly fallen snow. She loves to crawl under our table where her bed is and sleep and cuddle with her friend Chrissy whenever she can.

PuppySpot is a wonderful place to get a puppy. My Cavapoo "Grady" now Milo, is the sweetest. He was delivered on time. He was very very smelly but that was an easy fix. It's hard to believe the negative reviews. Because I have always had great communication and all of my Questions were answered whenever I reached out. I believe the prices were fair because you get what you pay for. I wanted a healthy Puppy and I received just that. I'm very thankful to puppy spot for helping me get Milo.

The process was seamless and our puppy, Abe (f/k/a Bobby), is absolutely perfect. Although we had no contact with Abe's breeder prior, she contacted us immediately after his arrival to make sure all was well. All could not be more well. We love Abe!

We purchased a tiny Yorkie puppy from puppy spot. We paid for him when he was 6 weeks old and had to wait until he was 12 weeks old to bring him home. It was hard to wait.

When he was big and strong enough (2 lbs) he came home. He has a wonderful temperament and is perfectly healthy. We are absolutely in love with him and would use puppy spot again.

Wow! Our puppies name was Maggie Mae, and we changed her name to Mini. She was 3.5 pounds and now after 20 weeks she is 5 pounds. We wanted a Toy Poodle because I have allergies and doesn't shed. She was delivered to me at a neutral location close by. We live in California and made the 24 hour drive from Missouri. The driver was very kind and professional and immediately put her in my arm. I could feel her tremble for only a minute. I wrapped her in a blanket and she sat on my lap. I gave her a taste of honey on my finger like Puppyspot had recommended. She looked into my eyes and i cried because I had already felt the bond. I have had dogs all my life but Mini is exceptional. As a dog owner we can all relate how special our dogs are, right. The joy she has brought to my husband and I is nothing we ever experienced with a pet. We have her trained on Pee Pads inside because occasionally coyotes are around. It only took her a few days to learn how to use the pads. It was easy with praise and puppy treats. I also got a small soft sturdy crate and the first 5 days I put the crate on our king size bed. The first 3 days I laid close to the crate so she could see me and feel my hand pushed up against the crate. I took her out during the night when she whimpered and put on the pee pad and instantly she peed and then put her back in the crate. Now she sleeps in the crate on the floor next to the bed. She sleeps through the entire night which is 8 hours. Mini is so easy to train and loves the food puppy spot recommend. We also had a vet planned before we got her. She has had all her shots now. It's important because it is very common for puppies to have worms. I am getting dog insurance which has been recommended. I just want to thank Puppyspot for being so kind on the phone with me. They answered my questions and she was delivered the first week of the 2 week period. I wrote this long review to tell them how she is and how happy we are. It is very important to research the breed of dog you want. Different personalities with different dogs. It takes love, patience and rewards to have a great dog. Remember dogs are like their owners. If you are happy then the dog is happy. Be kind and loving or wait on getting a puppy. These dogs are incredibly special and need to be loved so love yourself and they will love you. I have already recommended Puppyspot to everyone that loves Mini! I could cry happy tears of love for her right now. God bless

The two sisters I got are adorable but both had Giardia upon arrival that took many weeks to heal. We also found it a bit odd that delivery had to take place in a parking lot, and not directly from breeder, leaving in question if a puppy mill.
One puppy was 5 lbs less than her sister and was the sickest.
Thankfully they are both happy and healthy now, enjoying their new home

We were leary and first. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Our Little female Cavalier King Charles puppy is perfect!
She is healthy, and good looking and we're very grateful to Puppyspot.

We purchased your Golden Retriever female puppy you had named Juliet at 17 or 18 weeks of age. She was driven down from Indiana to us in Florida by Premier Pet Transport. They did great. From the beginning, she was afraid of everything (TV, closing doors, ceiling fans, going from one room to another, etc.) We know she was never mistreated, because she's not afraid of people or other dogs, just "things!"
We AKC registered her as "Carrol Shelby's Racing Time" and we call her Shelby. I'm an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and we've really, really worked with her and she's got her S.T.A.R. Puppy title!
She's absolutely gorgeous, beautiful head, feathering coming in nicely, and she moves nice. We just wish she had been socialized a lot more, but we realize that by receiving her as an older puppy, we missed a LOT of early exposures. Still, we love her and think she has great promise! Our bernedoodle from PuppySpot is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were a little worried about her traveling on an airplane to Florida from Missouri at first, like I'm sure so many other people are, but we were assured by our puppy concierges that she would be safe and sound. When we picked her up from the airport she literally jumped into my arms and it was love at first site. She has a wonderful personality, loves to cuddle, was SO EASY to train. Maybe because she's our dog, but she's one of the smartest dogs I've ever had. You can absolutely tell she came from a loving breeder. We tell all of our friends about how amazing PuppySpot is and a bunch of them have gotten puppies from them as well. All of them wonderful dogs. I could go on and on about how happy we are with this service. We can't wait for our next bernedoodle! Thank you puppyspot!

PuppySpot was so helpful. I was able to find the exact puppy my family wanted and the process was so easy!

If I could put zero stars I would, I was sent a sick puppy with Giardia, the day I receive the puppy he was vomiting with diarrhea. I took him to the vet the next day and they did a parvo, giardia, and fecal, The fecal came back negative but the Giardia antigen came back positive, puppy spot stated because that the Giardia fecal was neg but the antigen was positive mean that my puppy does not have it,,,, this was wrong, my vet from
Benified explained that Giardia antigen means that it is positive, I got a vet bill of 250, plus have to sepereate him from the house, this disease is contagious to humans too, and I have kids, he is on two medication, its frustrating because puppy spot did not help, please do more screenings on your pups before sending them, we spent 5k on a puppy we can barly interact with,, im so disappointed and hurt and streess

Customer service was atrocious and cheap. After spending $4,000 on a puppy, you'd expect to get that quality of a service, but with PuppySpot you won't. My puppy was delivered 1 MONTH after the original delivery date due to lack of communication within the company. They never did anything to correct this mistake. The only thing I was offered was a $300 refund for travel expenses (I paid $700 to get my puppy delivered 45 minutes away) which I never received. I reached out to them many times reminding them of the refund and they simply stopped replying after my dog was delivered.

During the 2 months between paying and actually receiving my puppy, I only received 4 (of the same) update pictures. Most people are extremely excited when they buy a new puppy and would like to be kept up to date on how they are growing, but 1 set of pictures (again, all basically the same picture) over a period of 2 months is a joke.

Overall there's a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility within this company and I would never recommend it to anyone. There are other companies that provide the same service and would most definitely be a better experience.

In my case, I would recommend going directly to the breeder and skipping this joke of an expensive middleman company.
