Order my case at the beginning of October and it still has not arrived. There was a tracking and Said it would be shipped to me in a week and it never arrived. The latest email says it was on back order. So I wouldn't believe their Black Friday sale hype cause you will be waiting until after Christmas.

I BUY HERE IN MAY AND 4 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL DON'T SEND THE PRODUCT. I CONTACTED THEM TWO MONTHS AGO AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE MONEY IN 10 DAYS. AND THEY STILL DON'T SEND ANYTHING. I THINK THEY ARE A SCAM, DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Horrible Customer Support/Not Trustworthy

Purchased a case from them to protect my phone. Approx a year later the case itself cracks. Not sure how a phone case that is supposed to be that durable cracks, but either way I contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement. Gave them my address and they said they sent one out. I never recieve anything. I contacted them, they give me a tracking number. I monitor the tracking number for 2 weeks, and no activity shows with the tracking number. I contact DHL, they said they never recieved any package from them. I contact them, they lie and claim it was sent but not to worry, they will send another one out using the "same tracking number". That's not possible. If it was already sent out, you can't send another package under the same number. Meaning they lied about sending it out. Anyway, they continued to lie and play games about sending out the case up until the point that I end up dropping my phone and cracking it thanks to not having a case on it. I could of bought a different case, but no I waited thinking they were going to honor their word. Not sure why a company would want to ruin their name, lose one of their customers over sending out a phonecase. At the end of the day, that's just bad business. Lying to your customers about sending out products? Then continuing to lie in the email as if you sent out the product? For a company that has been around for as long as they have, there is no excuse for such horrible customer support. And upon looking at other reviews, I see they have a track record of lying and not replying to emails. Really shady company, that I will no longer do any future business.

Beware: Poor business practice

My initial order came fairly quickly, but it didn't fit my phone. I contacted them and they said to return it and they'd ship a replacement. So I returned it at my own expense and they said they shipped a replacement and gave me a DHL tracking number when I asked for it. But after 3 weeks, the tracking status never changed and then it disappeared from the DHL tracking site altogether. Now they no longer respond to any messages and their phone automatically disconnects when you call.

I purchased a battery case for my aging Galaxy Note 9 at the beginning of the year, but my medical monitor wouldn't scan through the case so i removed it for two months. Shortly after beginning to use it again, the USB charging port became loose and wouldn't hold on to the charging cable, so the case would not charge, unless i propped the cord up in a particular way after jiggling it, and even then, 12 hours later, not fully charged. I reached out to Punkcase customer service, and they eventually replied that they'd send a new case, after a frustrating half dozen unreplied mail/contact attempts. 5 weeks later, still no shipping info, no replacement case, and the company hasn't responded to any communications in the last 2 weeks.

Do not purchase from these people

Haven't recieved tracking info, cannot contact customer service, refusing to refund money cannot tell me where my case is mail box is full when calling customer service. $80 with shipping and I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my case this company is a scam

Scam artists!

Sent me the wrong item and had the cheek to offer 20% off a USELESS case or put it in the postbox with return to sender on it so I "wouldn't need to pay postage" then I would have no proof I sent it and if something happened to it then it would not be their problem! They are so slow at responding - I think on purpose so it's past the 30 days return policy. Absolutely disgusting service!

Just a fraudulent company

Like all the other reviews, my order was short shipped one item and the back and forth rediculous exchange with their pseudo customer service is laughable as they kept asking me to return the item to their booklyn warehouse that was never shipped. For several days the insane emails kept prompting me for the same actions as I believe it is their tactics to exhaust the customer`s patience in surrendering to their frustration. My only recourse was to contest/reverse the visa payment with my provider, which will take time but at least, it will calm my frustration. Not to mention my last email to them that was a pure joy to write with colorful words expressing it all...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Well over a month since I ordered my phone case and no phone case. And no refund yet. Been e mailing with a computer for a week or two trying to figure out where my phone case is but no real answer. Got the oh the product you ordered is very popular blah blah it's g9nna be another 2 weeks before we even receive the phone case(punk case the company) telling me they have to wait 2 weeks before they even get their own product. Is crap. An 8th of a star. I would have drove an hour and went and got my phone case and had it in hand if I would have known I was going to get messed around for over a month for an expensive $#*! phone case I need. Garbage company.

Worst phone case.

I order 2 phones cases, and they sent me 2 wrong color cases. Sent them back and never got the one I wanted. Order one case still got the wrong color and the sound did got come though the case good, had to though the case away. Wast of money...

Ordered 2 phone cases, package that arrived had a sticker that showed that the packaged contained two phone cases however the envelope it came it was not large enough to accommodate two phone cases, in boxes. I have reached out to PunkCase customer service 3 times now asking for a refund for the case that never showed up. I have not gotten an response from them. I've included photos of the packaging and my order confirmation.

I HAVE ASKED FOR FULL REFUND OF MY UNPACKAGED CASE. I SPENT $39.98 ON THIS CASE & ASKED FOR A REFUND 5 TIMES AFTER NOT RECEIVING CASE I ORDERED. INSTEAD OF GETTING FULL REFUND THEY ARE INSISTING THEY LER ME KNOW WHEN ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED. I DEMAND A REFUND OR I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT FOR YOU ALL STEALING MY MONEY

Orderd a iPhone case, and 2pairs of black punkbuds 2.0. Case came in a timely manner, but no punkbuds. Contacted customer service. They said they are back ordered and new shipment will be in 2 weeks. Two weeks go by I contact them again and same thing (I have all the emails) 3 months later and still nothing. No refund no product. Don't purchase!

Ordered the S23 Ultra Waterproof case and went thru the PayPal motions and when we got to the invoice it read I purchased a completely different case S22. No customer service reply until 10 days past and it was automated talking about just receive it and then ship it back (at my cost) and they will issue a refund LOL

They have a front office in Ottawa and in Brooklyn NY Our investigator found out they are essentially taking your order on their website and then (when they actually send someone a product which appears to be about 60% of the time they literally use shopify to reorder with amazon. I also think there is a language barrier. DO NOT PURCHASE get it yourself from amazon.

Our invoice came via a text message auto reply
