I'll start with, possibly, the only one thing that as yet, as far as I know is going well. That is the water and dust proofing. Working in construction, my phone gets very dirty on the surface and I can literally wash it under the tap due to the case.
Now. Let's get to the nitty gritty.
At no point does the website, who sold it in £ sterling, say that the item is coming from New York, USA nor does it say delivery time will be 5 weeks.
Opening the box, you will be greeted by the thinnest cheapest, most underwhelming, two pieces of plastic you have ever wasted your money on. It feels flimsy and the screen protector feels like cling film.
The does provide a firm full enclosure of the phone, no doubt, to the extent that the mic is rendered useless and I have permanently wear AirPods in order to make and receive calls. That is 100% fact, I'm not even mildly exaggerating.
Back to the screen protector, that cheap rubbish plastic. Just from taking it in and out of my pocket, the scratches are very deep and noticeable. Even after taking my job into consideration, the visible marks are way more than I have encountered from other products. The glare is terrible, faceID barely works. It's taken a new phone and basically rendered key elements useless.
The case is trash, made from trash and trying to make anything you put in it, trash.
Do yourself a favour and keep looking because this isn't the case you want.
I purchased this case over a month and a half ago and the case never showed up I have received absolutely no shipping information to even track it. I contacted punkcase via email to get a refund and they keep telling me it takes 5-8 business days to ship. Well I get that but it's been way over that and nothing at all. I don't really like throwing away money for no reason. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Sub standard product that is supposed to be a premium item. Do not waste your money or time with this company.
My name is Randall Hancock I've owned a few punckcases im a painter and I need a case that blocks dust and water proof even though the lantern break over time and the speaker hole would eventually fill with dust and no one could hear me and finger print scanner never works my phone was always well protected but the last case I just ordered for s22 ultra did not fit my phone at all
I've waited over 2 months and still no delivery. They also put one click buys at the checkout which should have been my warning that they were a dodgy business. Any good reviews were probably written by staff or bots.
I placed an order for a black case and solar wireless charger 5 months ago. I received a blue case and did not receive the charger. I conceded on the case. After 5 months of contacting customer support, they shipped a charger that is not what I ordered and not even compatible with my device. This company is really good at taking money and sending the wrong item or just not sending the item at all. They're also really good at bad customer service. Hoping to receive the charger in my lifetime...
Purchased by my wife for me 2 weeks before Christmas. It showed up almost a month late. The case fits great, but the battery case stopped working after only a few charges. Now all it does is blink 4 lights. I did the troubleshooting of leaving it unplugged overnight and tried again in the morning. Tried different chargers and cables. Still not working.
Customer service is poor. Shipping times sucked. Product is faulty after a little over 2 weeks.
I do not recommend anyone this product at all.
Finally received my case after 2 months of waiting for it. The case I received was cheap nasty and defective. Definitely was not the one I ordered. I've emailed numerous times with no reply to any. Disgusted by the company. I have learnt my lesson with substantial money down the drain.
Bought a charging case, after charging it, and trying many times to troubleshoot it, it was clear it was broken. Tried many times to email them, only getting unrelated auto-responses about shipping. Tried the chat feature on the website, no response. Tried that everyday for about 3 days, and it finally answered again, with the same response about shipping. When you call the customer service number, it doesn't even tell you what company you're calling, and after about 15 seconds of hold music, it either hangs up on you, or says the voice-mail box is full. I just wanted a replacement on the broken product you send me, does a single person even work this company?
Ordered on 29th January 2 weeks later still waiting can't trace any shipment no. Says UK but from USA
Was sent the Wrong item 3 times. And had to return it at my expense. Still have not recieved my Paid for item.
Do NOT buy from this retailer unless you want to get ripped off. They don't offer any refunds either.
First they sent me the wrong product, and they dont want to issue a refund and are giving me the run around. With so many bad reviews you would think that someone would have opened up some sort of case with the BBB. I am definitely going to issue a report with the BBB and going to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. STAY AWAY from them.
I bought the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Case, Punkcase [Extreme Series] Armor Cover W/ Built In Screen Protector [Black] 20 11/30. The protective screen separated from the case after 24 days. Punckcae has not been responsive in honoring the 30 day return policy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this overpriced poorly designed product that the company won't stand behind.
The cases are great - do the job and protect the phone from damage - but the customer service is atrocious.
I accidentally ordered the wrong case and sent SIX emails with no response. I was able to leave two voice messages, which was next to impossible because they were either experiencing high call volumes *automatic disconnect* or the mailbox was full.
I've never received a response to any of my attempts. Extremely unimpressed.
Website is misleading "Punkcase NZ", but it's actually in America. The tracking and trace by DHL isn't very clear, the last update was 4 weeks ago advising its in the "Destination Country".
When I emailed the company they brushed off my query and said that international deliveries can 2-6 weeks, but brushed over the fact that the track and trace places the phone case in NZ 4 weeks ago.
Original order and payment was on the 27th of November.
No further response after my response email.
Should have checked reviews before buying from this company…buyer beware!
Please Please Please be careful from this company they are a cheater company their focus is to steel your money they will ship the wrong item you will be obliged to return it back you will never see any refund any new item you will loose your money in both way the shipping fees on your cost and the goods price they will never answer your phone call they are steeling all customers money to survive with their corruption so be careful this company should close very soon to save other customers falling in their trap! Also a very cheap products compared to $1 that you are buying it for $47! Don't ever buy from them and be careful!
The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a black case and I recieved a blue one. I sent email after email trying to resolve the issue, only to be met with generic, clearly pre-written ( by a bot?) responses. I finally got an email back from them asking me to send the case back, no return label was sent. So I paid out of my own pocket to return the case to them. Maybe you are asking why I didnt just call them.good question. They have a phone number listed on their website, I tried calling many, many times. No answer, or I got disconnted, and on the rare occasion I would get through to a voice mail, only to be informed that the mailbox was full and to try again later.
I have since recieved an email saying they will not re-imburse me for the return postage, so not only did I not get the case I wanted, but Im out over $10 in return shipping. I have never had to pay return shipping when it was not my mistake. GO ELSEWHERE TO ORDER A CASE! RUN FAR AWAY!
Highly upset. I got a case for my Galaxy s22 ultra. Right hand side little lens cover comes half popped out and dust, dirt and anything else now just gets right in through that spot. Plus pictures suck. Why can I not speak on the phone to one of their representatives? IDK! If you ever get ahold of them your selves please ask them for me! I lost my emails so I can't get my order number. But I know we'll enough they can find it with a name address and payment type! They better fix this! Also yes it's been used since purchase but I've been trying to contact yal since the beginning of the month when it came broken. So yes I've been using the piece of broken merchandise for my very expensive phone because I can not go buy another till you make right by this. Also lens cover material is highly scratchable. Fix this Punk Case!
I ordered a phone case from punkcase and they sent me the wrong one no big deal. Email them and they say return it so I did. Been over a month of emails and only getting their auto answer email about how to ship it back. Called the post office to verify it was dropped off and they said it was. Tried calling and keep getting different voicemails and mail box full, been over a month with them having the phone case back and not sending out correct case or refund. Don't do business with these crooks They will take your money and only play games.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
Answer: I thought they had a product no one else had - I did not get the product I ordered and feel they are a rip off.
