As stated in several comments, stay away from this site, DO NOT ORDER anything. Definitely a scam and they will not answer the phone or emails! You get a tracking number and that's it!

I have never attempted to work with a company only to be disappointed again. Punk'd customer service is horrible. I sent several emails only to realize that they actually read the email in it's entirety. If they did read they would realize that the answer there question like ex. What is your order # was in the original email sent to them. This is appalling to me as a customer. 2) The company keeps customer waiting for more than a month for their purchase product only to receive a message from usps that states still awaiting product from supplier... I live in the United States of America this product should not be taking this long to be received from the supplier to post office. Whenever the product arrives the box is broken and the bag they placed it in is torn. Where is this product coming from space because other than location being no product should take this long for customers to receive it.

It's absolutely a scam: order phone case, receive tracking info with shipping stats that never changes, told it's on back order AFTER paying get an offer for a discount on next purchase instead of the refund you ask for. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous customer service with a scamming company.

Got half my order. Has been 2 weeks now trying to get the other half. They basically stole money from me. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bought a phone case from him took six months and same aspect. I bought a solar charger. I still have not received my charger. It's been almost year now I've contacted them phone and email and no response. Do not purchase from them. Have been turned over to the BBB.

I ordered a case for galaxy s22. Ordered a black one. Then i waited 14 days for the slowest shipping ever, and when it got here i see they sent a purple one. What a joke. On their website i don't even see how to start a return. I sent them an email but all the other reviews say they don't answer anyhow so we will see if i end up filing a BBB complaint over $20.

Want me to pay to send back a phone case to another country in which they sent me a case in the wrong colour to my order. Pay for your own mistakes Punkcase!

They shipped the wrong item and then contacting them about exchanging it has been extremely difficult. A month has gone by and I still don't have the proper case. Don't deal with these people.

I have repeatedly ordered a RED case for my Galaxy Fold 4. They send me a BLACK case. I return it. I email them and they claim the next order is a RED case...it is BLACK. They are a scam company. They are hard to contact and repeated lie to me, the customer. I have gone through this cycle three times now.

I received the wrong color, and They won't make it right. They said i could buy another case for 20% off to fix their mistake. This is fraud. Do they even have a legit address?

"If" you decide to purchase a Punkcase case, I would do it via Ebay or Amazon. The company has the worst customer service ever. I ordered a case for my phone, realizing it was the wrong one, I sent it back via FedEx (should have just sent it though the USPS). We're going on 8wks now. If you call the company, the phone bank is full, and emailing them, you get no response. There are other great companies on the market now besides Punkcase. I would look into them before thinking about this company.

Absolute joke, con artists stealing from people. If they do reply it's lie after lie. Take your money and never received case.

They sent the wrong item, and expect me to pay to return it. They refuse to send the correct item. Never buy from this company!

Bought from a site described as Punkcase.UK. Turns out to be shipped from America! Took far longer to arrive than expected and it's not what I ordered! Should have been blue with a stand. Struggling to get a refund and to get them to accept that I do not plan to pay postage to return their incorrect product!

The case never arrived. They keep sending me an automatic reply. It has been going on for months. Many others have had the same issue.

I've bought 4 cases from them. The first 3 were excellent and arrived quickly, but the 4th... it never came. I contacted customer service, gave them the order number and screenshots from the shipping service that said they hadn't recieved the package. A month went by with no response. I contacted them again asking for it to be resent or for a refund. Still crickets. Thank goodness I had paid via PayPal because when I got no response from punkcase, I filed a claim with PayPal and got a refund. PayPal reached out to punkcase, punkcase sent them the bogus tracking number and said it had been delivered even though the shipping service had not recieved it. Basically, punkcase lied and tried to steal from a 4 time customer. I'm never purchasing from them again nor do I recommend them because of their unethical practices... unfortunate the company went this route since the cases were great and lasted a long time, but I can't do business with liers and thieves.

I ordered a case for my son's phone. We waited over a week for him to use his phone, so it's protected. The case finally arrived, it was the wrong case, not for his phone type, even the wrong color. I reached out to the company, they were less than helpful and not swift in taking any action. They refused to pay for shipping it back, or offering to send the right one out to me. I payed shipping to return it, still no refund, and just ordered another one so I can ha e my son start using his phone. We waited to get the other one, and I emailed them telling them to get my order right this time. Once AGAIN- WRONG CASE! I reached out again, and they sent no solution other than to give a return label this time!. I need a case, need 2 refunds, and need to make yet another trip to the post office! Ive ordered several times and never had these issues, I'm extremely disappointed and will never recommend PunkCase again to anyone! Horrible company!
