If you call them for a refund, they will parrot out a response, that you yourself signed in for membership. Please check other reviews stating the same. Shady, sponsored in Google to take advantage of you, and worst experience you can have. Do not recommend. Federal and state records will cost less than that. Also, so many 1 star reviews and the overall rating is 4 star, something doesn't add up.
