I am pretty sure the information on this website is spotty at best. These background checks are not the full picture and if you are the type of person who is going to pay for information about someone, you probably want/need that information to be as accurate as possible. This is not the service for you. I signed up for a dollar and the part about it being a 7-day trial with a monthly membership service after that WAS NOT AT ALL CLEAR at sign up! After noticing monthly charges two months later I called to cancel and ask for the charges to be reversed. The man who answered (bless his soul) was finally able to get the charges reversed, but he was not able to give me a yes or no answer. He was clearly only allowed to ask me if I would be satisfied. I was offered for different partial refunds before I was finally granted a fll refund. Since I do not feel like the membership fee, let alone a membership at all, was what I was really signing up for, I felt very confident that I should be issued a full refund. I really wanted a yes or no answer and he was clearly not allowed to provide one and I think any company that does not allow clear communication like that is pretty shady.
If the service was better, I would warn everyone to just be careful, but since the service is actually pretty crappy, I warn all to just stay away!

I was able to find information about a person before him starting work with our company on his background.
The background is showing i have a bunch of crime in florida. I had not lived there since i was 16. All this stuff is showing 06 to 08 it makes no sense im a school bus driver and a clean background i have.

The one bit of information I was looking for you can't even provide I was trying to find out my grandmother's mother's name and you're only provide that when I go to look up my profile it doesn't even have my mother or father's name listed as known as associates this is where you could greatly improve when someone's trying to look up family history
