I have been married to the same person since September 20th 1996. I am not able to find myself any of my addresses or phone numbers or family members connected to his background report. Likewise, my background report makes no mention of him or any of the addresses we shared or phone number or family members. Can't help but wonder how valid any of the other information is. I do know that you show a friend of mine as having purchased a piece of land in Ocala in 1995 and having lived there since then. But in all actuality that friend of mine was living in the north Florida until 1994 where he got sentenced to over 20 years in prison and recently got out. And does not own any property.
I do know that accidents happen things get twisted names are similar so can birth dates be mistaken for other people so I'm watching to see how or if or when things are updated.
It's really easy to use, it is very accurate 99% of the time. I like all the information it provides for you before you even run the report. Another reason I like using Publicdatacheck is it loads the info up pretty quick so there I no long wait time.
The reports are missing most of the stuff I was hoping to see like arrests, criminal offenses etc.
Dear Sheena,
Thank you for your question. Please be aware that our site includes billions of data elements that are available in our national database. If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for is not publicly available. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, it's not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system or governing agency so it's possible that your data is not yet available. For some people this is a good thing because negative information might be difficult or impossible to find.
In addition, every county processes their data differently and sometimes there are delays. As a member, you will be emailed with an update when any information on the people that you are monitoring changes. This way you will always be the first to be alerted.
One of the key features of our membership is your ability to run unlimited background searches and create reports on as many people as you like. We recommend you run a check on yourself and your loved ones so that you know what information is publicly available, you might be surprised and some of the information might not be correct. In addition, you can monitor up to four people at a time so if any information changes in our database on the people you choose to monitor, you get an email alert updating you of that change.
We hope this addresses your concern. If you have any questions, please reply to this email or call us at 1-800-950-0953 from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST 7 days a week and our friendly member support staff will be happy to assist you.
We look forward to helping you protect your family with our service and our benefits.

I can't believe what I have been thinking is actually true about someone in my life for almost 20 years now
I only just began a search so that's why I gave it 4 stars. By the time I have gone much further with my searches, then I would probably give this site 5 stars.
Looking to see people in my family, but also some one who I may go out with. Eye opener on two

The background checks are missing a lot of information-past employers, etc…
Some people I am looking up has not updated statuses
Dear Jessica,
At Public Data Check we receive our data from thousands of unique sources, each state retrieves information differently from their counties and various departments. For some records, we know exactly what crimes were committed with an accurate disposition and all related information. For others, we don't know what exact crime was committed and don't have an exact report. In addition, we have found that states have different definitions of what can be digitally archived so it is always best to call your local county court, public defender's office, or police department if you have a question about the specific classification of a criminal history. We choose to show our members all of the data that we are given even if some of it is incomplete so that our members have more information rather than less.
One of the key features of our membership is your ability to run unlimited background searches and create reports on as many people as you like. We recommend everyone does a check on themselves and their loved ones so that you know what information is publicly available, you could be surprised and some of the information might not be correct. In addition, you can have us monitor up to four people at a time so if any of their information changes in our database, you will get an email alert updating you of that change.

Good I love this app it's easy to get around in and offers a lot more
Has helped so much to find the answers I was looking for.
You have two people with name that is close. Unfortunately one of them has the list of arrests from the other one. As well the innocent person is listed as a relative of the other which is not the case. I would be happy to speak to you about the problem so it can be corrected.
