You keep saying new info and you are not reporting anything differently
Information is incomplete at best if not inaccurate it's missing. On monitoring it shows a change in the email alert and when looking at the report nothing shows. It would. E better to show directly upon login what changed.

When I try to do a search it forces me to add a "middle name". Before I didn't needed to add one. Also, all searches I do end up with a message saying they didn't found anyone. It seems to be a bug. I changed my browser and it still happened.
