Have purchased several PSI study material packages in the past. In which all have been great in successfully preparing me for the upcoming exam.
My Eneral Contractor Exam was to be 6 hours long and open book. But PSI will not tell you what books are allowed, nor give a list, nor be avaible when you email or call with questions. So, I went into the exam with books GOOGLE said I could have and turned out unable to use any and had to test blind. I have to reschedule the exam and still have no idea which books they allow.

It is extremely difficult to access practice tests that are purchased along with an exam. For some reason I have an account with one email but confirmations are sent to a different email that does not have an associated account (until today). I had to buy a second practice test in the hopes I will be able to get the first refunded, because my test is on monday and I need to practice this weekend, outside of your business hours to get assistance with accessing my originally purchased test.

I am taking this practice test in preparation for my ACCS exam coming up. I have had no experiences with PSI thus far. I am happy they have Saturday testing options.
I purchased the practice exam when I scheduled my exam and was disappointed that only 11 questions were on that exam and timing was not an accurate representation of the actual test.
I was not told about the 48 hour reschedule rule prior to registering. I was also directed to a test which was only part of what I needed. Which now I was told I will have to pay extra for the same test I already paid for.
I feel like there needs to be more clarity.

Hey, I ordered this in Spanish about a month ago. And while I know that makes me a moron who should pay more attention to detail, exchanging the package (I never once opened it) shouldn't have been a challenge. I'm now purchasing this again (correctly) but would rather take the additional $25 and get myself some iced coffees. The more we all know!
