Not user friendly, pages give errors constantly, archaic interface, difficult to use. Your testing center affiliation was awful - the environment was dirty, the representatives loud and testing environment was very unpleasant.

I had a smooth experience and easy. Site was easy to navigate
At first when I started the preparation with PSI, I wished I had started sooner and not paid for other resources elsewhere. Then I took the test and there was still a good portion of material not covered by the preparation materials. I passed, but it was frustrating to not feel fully prepared.
