The website is not very clear on what is being downloaded. The only reason I know this is the correct study guide being purchased is because a co-worker purchased the same one. PSI no longer has the free practice tests available so now we have to hope we are purchasing the correct study guide.

Not good. When scheduling my exam, I added a test exam to my cart for $24.95. However I can't access the test exam and customer service hasn't been able to help. Unnecessary stress and hassle when my focus should be studying.

The whole redemption experience was a little more complicated than I was expecting, but the test itself was very helpful.
I tried to reset my email and i never got new password (i attempted to get it multiple times for once) so I have to use other email to purchase test
