Easy to use, i was recommended by the exam department that the practice test would be helpful, so I'm giving it a shot after failing once.

Better emailing or online. Called one time and spoke to someone who I couldn't understand so I asked them to speak to some who spoke clear English, there was no one else. I then asked her to speak slower and more clear and I still couldn't understand them. They asked me for some information and after a bit they just hung up on me. I wasn't to happy about it.
