The first test I purchased a week ago took an hour for the email to appear with my test link, the second test I purchased today and I haven't even received the confirmation email yet. It's been over 20 minutes. No confirmation email and no email with the practice test link. This needs to be worked on. Considering it is digital and expensive, it should all be more instant.

Easy to access and complete the process. Using for a practice exam

Taking a home proctored test seemed like a convenient option, allowing me to take the exam in the comfort of my own home. However, the experience was fraught with challenges and miscommunication that significantly impacted my performance.
The first proctor informed me that I could not use my laptop keyboard for the test. This was unexpected, as I had diligently run all the required tests on my computer beforehand. When I attempted to connect an external keyboard, the proctor impatiently remarked that it was taking too long and mentioned having other tasks to attend to. Feeling pressured and flustered, I called the help center for assistance. Thankfully, they were able to help me set up the external keyboard.
The second proctor I encountered was much calmer and nicer, which initially put me at ease. However, about a third of the way through my test, they queried me about a sound they heard. I explained that my dog was snoring. Despite my dog being quietly asleep behind me during the environment check, the proctor instructed me to remove her from the room.
This resulted in my dog barking from the other room for the next 30 minutes, which was highly distracting. My dog would have remained asleep until I finished the test had she not been moved. This entire episode caused a delay in starting my test and added unnecessary stress.
Sitting for over three hours was already challenging, but the added disruptions and lack of clear guidelines exacerbated the situation. The experience highlighted the need for better communication and more flexibility in handling unforeseen circumstances during home proctored tests.
Clearer instructions and a more empathetic approach from proctors could greatly improve the experience for test-takers, ensuring that technical hitches or minor disruptions do not unduly affect their performance.

Having a simple white background is great for focus during the exam, but I would have liked the navigation controls to be closer to the question contents. Having to move the mouse around from the top half of the screen ti the bottom corner during the exam to click the next question button was noisy and I felt like I was distracting others.
Use PSI to take a CHFM certification practice exam. The whole process from beginning to final test results was very easy. The website easily navigable. The practice exam was formatted exactly as the exam itself really easy and stress free experience. Results of the practice exam were delivered right away by email, and on the website when test completed. Simply put a very easy experience.
My exam is tomorrow and I'm not able to access my practice exam that I've already pay for

Because they added nj regulation,property and casualty when my exam was life and health,that's the course that I took,at kaplan online school.the test I need to take is accident and health.

I wish that there was actual material that came with this test prep rather than just answering questions. You're basically just guessing and then learn information once you've answered the question wrong (or right if you guessed correctly). Videos, PDF guides or something would be helpful to even briefly learn first... at least make it an option even if it costs a little more. I feel like it could be somewhat dangerous for your test to potentially begin memorizing information based on your wrong answers.
Also, in my state I will be testing in there is not exam prep available for adjuster's licensing. I would think that since PSI is the only provider that you are able to take the test through they would offer this information.

Had a little bit of everything. It made me critically think on some questions.
Exam scheduled for 8am, location site did not open its doors until 8:06 in which 20 other people needed to also be checked in for an 8am exam with only one proctor. Other locations also have lockers for personal belongings which would have been nice or at least let us know in advance.

On 3/13/2025 I was scheduled at 2pm to take the CEN exam. I logged in at 150pm to start the verification process. This is the 4th exam I have taken with PSI using the same labtop and internet connection. I had to reinstall the software twice. It kicked me out for no known reason twice. The first time I made it to a proctor they said hello than stopped talking. I logged out. The second time I reached a proctor they said they could not read my ID. They had me hold up my ID for a full 5 minutes, no joke. Than the proctor said I would need to log out and take a snap shot with my cell phone. I followed that proctors directions. When I went to log back in the system said It was past the 30 minutes sign on time so I was counted absent. I obviously was not absent and their proctor logs prove it. Despite their proctor telling me to log out they are refusing to allow me to test again without paying.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
