Nothing confirms that the practice exam I am ordering is for the Washington Managing Broker - STATE portion. I may be ordering a practice test for the basic broker exam in stead of the managing broker exam - but your site is very unclear.

It took constant hassling to even find the link to order this and send my results to my college. I tried contacting hiset support via email for over a month, and only got responses over and over again saying "it typically takes 2-5 business days to process these requests, please wait and contact us" and that my "issue had been raised up to the backend department". I did not find the form to have my certificate sent to my college until I called hiset support myself and asked on how to have my scores sent. I had to deal with a representative that had a very thick indian accent and was difficult to talk to, and even when I was sent this form I was not sure of whether or not it was actually the right one because its a "CHSPE order form" and not a HiSET result order form for the new HiSET proficiency exam. I do not have a chspe number, and I filled it out with my HiSET id.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
