Some language and descriptions about content of study packs could be less confusing. I wasn't sure whether some study and test options included timed tests or not. Also, I wasn't clear on access times ("e.g. 90 days"). Is it 90 days or 365 days?

I am very happy to buy on this site cause it is well making for people who does not know lot in tech
Easy to use and user friendly! PSI has been very straight forward and am able to find what I need to without much difficulty at all.
For the practice test there is 75 questions but on the actual test it's 170 questions. I just wish the practice test had more questions so it could better simulate the actual test.
Easy to register.
I dont have another 50 characters to share so I am just typing until I can submit the required number of charatcers

I'm stunned by how user unfriendly your website is. Finding anything/everything was difficult. Buying the package only to have to call someone to access my package was time consuming and irritating. Lastly, I was asked which state I was testing for but NO STATE QUESTIONS are included. That feels deliberately misleading. Overall, a time consuming irritating and unpleasant experience with your website and policies/protocols.
