I purchased the practice test with my test itself. When I tried to access it, it didn't work. PSI help was very nice, but unable to do anything to get the issue fixed outside of a refund. So I had to re-purchase the same test on a different site to get it to work. PSI isn't providing the tools to their employees to do their job or help the customers correctly. I surely hope the fundamentals are resolved for future needs.
It's difficult to find items that correlate to the test. You literally have to pretend to schedule a test just to see the bulletin of study materials that can be used in the open book exam. It's a game of hide and seek on the website. Also, one bundle that I found yesterday which included the actual books and the test prep is nowhere on the site today. Links are not working, such as the one that says "Contact PSI page" for more information after checking out. The website feels cheap and not user friendly at all. I hope the website is not an indicator of the actual study materials.

I was told I would be able to purchase all vouchers and they would be issued electronically. I am very happy with the turn around and how soon they were sent.
I initially emailed PSI and everything was explained and went smoothly.

Great! Easy to find the study aids and they seem to be quality. It was a little confusing the two different Blue Broker packages but I chose the one with more sample questions
I dont have much to say a friend suggested i use the PSI test site for prep on the final exam as it proved to be very scuccessful for him in taking and passing the test
I prepaid for this exam and had an email with a voucher code and link to redeem it. The link did not work. I have spent a lot of time looking for how to use the voucher.

I appreciate the confirmation email once I placed the exam voucher order. The only information I could not locate on the PSI voucher page was how long the vouchers are good for, and if they could be sent via email since I believe they are a digital product.

I've encountered an issue regarding the secondary identification that I brough with me for testing in the Cleveland location. Everyone was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their help!

This testing resource should have been an offering when I checked out for my exam and Nationwide VA Real Estate exam vs. separate.
They promised 100 practice exams and 1148 practice questions for $99. And STUPIDLY I trusted them... for my almost one hundred dollars I got two assessments that do not even provide you with the correct answers. And maybe 100 test questions. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING at it's finest. When you attempt to open or go further, it is, ONE ITEM EACH is at least $39.00 for ONE WEEK! I am on a very tight budget and these crooks stole my money!

I ordered this exam back in July. I've never received the ability to take this exam. The eligibility period was July 13th through August 13th. And here I am trying to figure out how to get this exam taken before my certification expires very unhappy

This website is easy to access, the study packs product has enough information provided to help me make a decision about which product suits my needs the best.
This exam was easy to book once I set up my account and paid for my exam fee. I was a bit confused as to how to book at first, but I found the help page and it explained the step by step instructions. After that, finding the drop down menus and making the choices for selection were simplified and quick to get through.
