There are 2 similar $99.95 National Broker Real Estate exam prep that look similar and not helpful to figure out which one to order.
I took an exam and the correct answer was not available, I have to retake the exam. Someone else will h miss the question until corrected.

It is more convenient to purchase on the platform. The test preparation question bank is suitable for pre-exam preparation and the content is detailed and closer to the real test.
This was an easy purchase. Found through ADB Banker. Listed exactly what the practice test includes and it was cheap to purchse.
Paid for the download and after 30 mins still don't have it. Not very helpful sense I'm using this within 24 hours of taking the test.

It's been a struggle with the math. I missed two tests by one point and one test by two points. Very devastated at the moment, but I'm determined to pass. I have so many ventures ahead. Wish me luck.
Everything been ok for the most part, but the math portions I have to say. Their are way too many tricky questions. That I might say needs to improve but I am no quitter I will get through this might I add I have taken the math portion three times and fail two by one. I found myself getting down on my self but I will get this, I will accomplish this.
It's helpful enough to where I can navigate website fairly decently without too much trouble. It can be a little confusing though.
Definitely appreciated the opportunity to purchase study materials. I do feel the pricing is too high though. I also believe the STATE and NATIONAL material should be presented separately as they are two separate tests, therefore, we should be allowed to know which we are studying for. I had to go to another company and purchase the state material separate, since PSI didn't have this. I passed the National test first time but not the state, indicating to me the material should NOT be mixed. After reviewing the STATE material from the other company, I passed the STATE exam. Still some of the questions I saw on the actual exam were NOT in the study material for either company.

I purchased the pre-exam prep package, which was to proved 3 practice exams. However, the system did not work and I had to take the exam without the benefit of the practice tests I paid for. Would like a refund.

It is easy to understand and i was able to order my practice test easily. I will say it is confusing having 3 different forms for the test so i just chose a random one
I unfortunately bought the same test twice and wasn't able to get a refund but that was my fault for not checking which exam I bought the first time. I had found out once I was already in the test (seeing questions I already had in the past), which led to this discovery. Overall great. How do you check to see which ones you bookmarked? I suggest putting them next to the overall numbers listed so its easily identifiable.

My daughter has attempted to take the Hiset exam multiple times. After receiving payment, technical issues, unreasonable demands not listed on the website and unresponsive and rude proctors prevented her from even starting the test SEVERAL TIMES. Without premission they also illegally forced my daughter to give remote access to my buisiness computer using software often used in online scams. Then denied her from taking the test anyway. Beware of this company! They have now delayed my daughters education and re-entry to collage. It is unfortunate they have a monopoly on test taking in Massachusetts

I needed to follow instructions very carefully in order to log in and purchase the correct exam. The actual ordering experience was very easy as far as entering payment and there were several ways to download a receipt, and multiple email confirmations
Dear PSI, I am writing to formally report an incident of unprofessional and inappropriate behavior I experienced at the PSI Licensing Center in Marietta, GA. I am requesting that this matter be documented, investigated, and that I receive a follow-up call to discuss next steps. Upon arriving at the testing center, I immediately observed the posted "No Phones" sign and ended my phone call before approaching the counter. Instead of being greeted, the front desk employee, Julie, abruptly told me that phones were not allowed. I politely responded that I had seen the sign and had already hung up as instructed. Julie rolled her eyes and asked, "Why are you here?" without offering a greeting, assistance, or professionalism. Her tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. She then instructed me to obtain a Lawful Presence form and return later. When I came back, another employee, Ed, began assisting me. Initially, he was professional, and I even thanked him for being kind, mentioning that my earlier interaction had been unpleasant. At that point, his demeanor changed completely. He stated, "People like you are problems," and proceeded to put his hand in my face while standing over me as I sat down. I told him he was standing too close and asked him to step back. He refused, saying he was not too close. I clarified that, for my own comfort, his proximity felt inappropriate and I moved to another chair. Ed then began walking toward me again, stopping only when I looked directly at him. Shortly after, he sat near his desk and pushed the glass divider toward me, and pressed his face against it, and said he was "trying to make me uncomfortable" because I was watching him (to ensure my licensure process went smooth). As this was happening I did not say a word to him, only watched his behavior… Their behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe in what should be a secure, respectful testing environment. No customer should ever be treated this way, and I am deeply concerned that this occurred at a state-licensed testing site responsible for professional licensure. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated, and that appropriate action be taken to ensure the safety and professionalism of this location. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss next steps. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
