I have purchased two practice General contractors exams and taken the test twice. No information that was on the practice tests was on the actual exam. Not in the slightest.

I was a little surprised to see how many questions are repeated multiple times. I also figured that there would be more calculations on the Masters test prep.

Easy site to navigate, found the material/practice exams I was looking for.

It is a standard purchasing experience for digital goods. The tests are helpful.

I purchased the practice test in hopes of being able to study for MA journeyman plumber exam.
Nowhere did it say that the practice test use international code. In MA we use MA code. So the tests were useless. And when I ask for a refund I was denied because I already used the code.

I have two other accounts (very similar work email addresses) with my password saved and neither were recognized nor would a password reset email be sent to those email addresses (work accounts). I was logged into one of those accounts at work on Friday so I'm unsure what the issue is. I need to take the practice test I just purchased so I made another account.

I purchased the PDF to study for my upcoming test, but the download never completed and I'm unable to access the file. Customer service refused to resend the link or issue a refund due to their policy. If your download doesn't go through properly, you risk losing your money.

The first exam had lengthy questions with lengthy answers. Unfortunately I fail, but the second test was shorter questions and answers to the point and easier to understand.

Was good just wish these test were a little less in price but very helpful

Psi has been apart of the greatest testing site as well as online.

I am a public school teacher who purchased exam vouchers for my students through PSI, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. The vouchers come with a strict one-year expiration policy, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

When I realized that several vouchers were close to expiring—due to students not yet completing their program requirements—I reached out to request a short extension. This seemed like a reasonable accommodation given the educational setting and circumstances. Unfortunately, my request was denied without flexibility or consideration.

For a company that works with students and educational institutions, I would expect clearer communication upfront and a more understanding approach when issues arise. This policy ultimately results in wasted funds and added stress for both educators and students. I would strongly encourage PSI to improve transparency and offer more reasonable options for extensions.
