I was offered a 1 week package and wasn't able to purchase because it wouldn't scroll down to hit pay option. I tried to fix it and then it disappeared. I could not locate that purchase again. Very frustrated! I have the exam coming up and can not take anymore time with this. I will never purchase again.

I found what I was looking for very easily. And I found what I was looking for in Spanish.
$50 is a big cash grab for what was provided. Most content was blocked and behind paywalls. Even when I went through all questions, many were then hidden or not shuffled through again to cover. After taking the test again and passing, many questions from the test weren't covered in any of the three pracitice tests.
If anything, i'd love a refund as it didn't prep me anywhere near what it should have.

I had some issues finding info for CNA vouchers in the beginning, but I got the information later by looking. Need information on the site on how to use the vouchers.
I purchased study pack twice eager to use it, got billed for it and could not access, apparently I used the wrong portal because this seems right. Hopefully it works this time and I get my money back.

There must be transparency about what a test focuses on versus what materials you provide for your practice-test material. It is a misleading and harmful practice to overload test-takers entering a trade or elevating their responsibilities within a trade, by 'upselling' a *useful but distractingly and unnecessarily large scope of information* and framing this material as 'test-preparation'.
If the sector focused on a general license, and specializations/certifications as a branch system of expertise and liability we would all be a lot better off.
Was able to find my book in a couple of seconds. Was pretty easy. Didn't like that I could straight away contact anyone, but I found the search bar, and we were good from there.
