A little confusion right out of the gate where the PSI exam prep was advertised to cover 13 topics and offer one or two free practice exams. So I purchased the $59.95 package and noticed that I only received nine topics. I inquired to the company, and without reply, magically I received 13 topics after that. It makes me wonder did I misread or misunderstand something? Then when I got myself ready to take the practice exam, I click the icon, and it was an $40 extra fee! Again did I misunderstand something? So I reached out to the company showing the advertisement that said free practice exam, and I never heard back. I think the questions were good, I learned a lot, and yet there are some blatent errors. So I would give the company feedback. Doing a CMA, subject property has traffic from trains. Then it asks how to adjust the comps up or down. It would say to adjust the comps upward because they are more valuable. I kept scratching my head, checking the internet, reading their explanation which was AI generated, and still I felt it was wrong. 3 weeks later I would get the same question and it would not be updated. Was I going crazy? Shouldn't they cops be adjusted down? Again I submitted screenshots showing disparity between the advertisement and then the extra fee for practice exam. Still no reply from PSI. I wanted to pick three stars which means neither positive review nor negative, but I would have to say I got negative feelings about PSI. The application itself is well organized and they thought of everything else. I did pass exam, but maybe there are other better apps.
Didn't pass the state exam. Apparently i need to fill out 50 characters more to fulfill this experience section so here we go now is everybody bot happy?

PSI has been great, this is now my 5th exam. I have always found it very easy to find the test that I need and to schedule a date that works for my schedule. When I have gone into the exam rooms they have made things very easy and very quick

When reviewing answers to the practice questions, the answer description gives no code articles or references. I have also found some answers given by PSI have been incorrect.
The testing is designed to make people fail. I looked up some of the questions after the last time and there are multiple right answers included. Feels like a racket.

My students from UMC, the shores completed training, skills exam roster apps and e vouchers all submitted on Jan 30th PSI deposited the monies -I have bank statements and still as of today the 7 students have not been processed in the PSI system. I had to repay TMU just to get the skills test released because PSI never released the funds to TMU to pay for skills. Those 7 students have not been able to work due to PSI not processing their information so that they can test. What do I do? How can you get this rectified They are experiencing unnecessary hard times
Simple to use the website and love the sample testing options
As per site, requires "Internet Explorer" which is retired / unavailable since 2022. I was not able to download legacy "internet explorer" resulting in frequent freezing, inability to navigate questions and selections and resulting in need to retake test. I was able to change to Edge halfway through the test but at that point the damage was done.
Prior experience took a long time and cut in to day I took off for testing. Assuming the test is now in my email... this was smoother.

Not only are several of the questions very repetitive, but also not encompassing of some relative exam topics. To top this off, I found that 8 of the questions "missed", I actually didn't. I used several sources to verify. The AI tool from psi is also absolutely useless. Asked for code references for questions and it either couldn't or wouldn't provide them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete waste of money.
The monitoring of the work environment was pretty strict which is understandable. I was actually instructed to keep my hand away from my mouth while taking the exam and it took longer than previous online proctoring experiences to receive approval for the work area. Also, something happened with the internet connection during the exam which resulted in me only being able to complete 15 questions. I was not able to re-connect. In the event that something like that happens in the future, is there a protocol to follow to try to get back online to resume the exam or is that attempt forfeited? It's a shame that I had to spend money on a test that I wasn't able to complete and I hope that it does not happen the next time around.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
