Expired - did not take the practice exam in time. I had difficulty finding the on-demand course offered through AONL to prepare for the certification. Then the practice exam site was on another site. It was a challenge if not accessing every day.
Web site has a lot of glitches, did not remember my log in information. Forgot password did not work. Practice exams do not give correct answers? How do you study like that?
The PSI testing platform was easy to navigate and the registration process was straightforward. The study materials and scheduling system were clear and organized, which made preparing for my exam simple and efficient
I pursued the study pack $69.96 and the 3 practice test $39.96, I had 7 days to study and the site had issues half the time making it difficult. When I went to take the exam not one of the questions on the exam were on the study guide or practice tests. This is unacceptable, not only was I not prepared but I feel my money was wasted.

I am just beginning to try to find help as I failed the test the first time but didn't do any practice tests. Lets see what happens now!
It took 6 months to order the service for the exam results. We reached out numerous times. Then were sent the same paperwork that we sent back in October. Very dissapointing
There were 2 items that were almost exactly the same thing. One had more practice questions listed. They were both the same price. Couldn't find out why?
Not getting the certificate for 2 years is outrageous. Turns out the supposed free certificate requires me to purchase after all these years.
I wish I was able to have a physical copy to mark and study, I get that it has to be limited to a browser but that does limit my ability to access.
After purchasing the practice tests, they were not on my account and i had to contact support to get them a day before my actual exam.
It should specify to use chrome when checking out. I only figured this out on my own after calling customer service and having the line disconnected
I purchased the WA Real Estate Broker Practice Test (29.95) which states: "Basic practice tests are multiple-attempt practice tests ". I took the test multiple times but it was always the same test - no new questions. Definitely not worth 29.95 for one test.
The practice test were very helpful! I thought I did pretty well, what I thought I could do. I should do well on the actual test.
There were technical difficulties, my responses didn't interface and it looked like I scored a zero after 3 hours working on it. But the detailed answers were still a tremendous help.

Would like to sincerely thank the Life in the UK test centre at 107–109 Lewisham High Street for the wonderful hospitality of Stef and all the team members. I have taken this test several times, and each time the staff, especially Stef, were extremely kind, patient, and professional.

After paying for theory practice tests 3 pack, I received nothing by email and I don't have access to this. The contact link doesn't work so I can let the community know about it
I was trying to take a proctored exam and despite the pre-check working there was some issue that wouldn't let me take the exam with my laptop come time and I have yet to get any word about it after being told a case was going to be opened.
This is much more difficult than it should be to re certify. Not sure if this is even anything that I need - not clear instructions
