Menus are not user-friendly, navigating the website and knowing which practice test is best for you should be simple after you have already scheduled a test? If you know the test i'm taking why are there 12 different practice tests to pick from that all seem different?

Yup! I'm gonna agree with everyone else. They really, really, really stink! Instructions to log into the test are only half there. Then a two hour wait after finally in.late. Called in with 15 min to spare and two agents poked for ten of them and then said "oh, you need technical support". I had to repeat everything at least 3 times each call. Not good on a stressful day. One of the six people I spoke with one deserved a job. To be fair the proctor was good, and once in the test taking was pretty easy but by the time I got to the test I was so annoyed and tense it was ridiculous. Pick a different way to test!

More info about what the practice test entails would be nice (i.e. How many attempts are allowed, number of questions, if assistance is provided in reviewing incorrect answers, etc.)

Helped calm my nerves.

I bought the cosmetology practice test in English. It helped calm my nerves and give me the confidence to take the test. I was able to finish my exam in 35 minutes and pass. I was in shock at how well it prepared me.

I had to cx my exam due to no electricity/bad weather. (home proctor exam)
Very unprofessional staff, very rude unnecessarily.
Called multiple times to have my exam reschedule and every single time they gave me the run around that its being looked in to, for me to call back in a few more days and call back again and again and no one knows anything. Was told that my tiquet is being escalated for review, it never did get reviewed. Very dissappointed with call center phone attiquete. Very unprofessional and they do not take care of their customers.
I feel this buissness rippped me off despite of me emailing them electric provider letter stating i had no electricity and still did not get approved or reviewed of my information
Disappointed that NBRC uses this center to provide testing.

I hope people place their experience here so that they are aware before deciding to use them for testing.

Third purchase for this item First two times i only received 100 questions instead of 500. I have been unsuccessful in getting any help from Support Support simply directed me to a self-help website that was of no help. At this point i am very frustrated

Thank you for your feedback. After you've place your order, in addition to your order confirmation, you will receive a second email from PSI Online Store Support containing your GMetrix access code and instructions for accessing your practice test.

Each of your unlimited practice test attempt includes 85 randomly-selected questions from a pool of 534 items based on actual test objectives and common industry topics. Training Mode allows access to question help and rationale while Testing Mode adds a timer and no hints, just like the real test.

To have the randomized experience from the full pool of questions you have to click Tests > New Tests.

Neither of the customer service people I spoke with were able to speak very good english. The first one got my email address wrong causing me to not be able to get the email needed for my licensing exam and the second one kept rushing me through the call when I was trying to explain what had happened and what I needed.

I previously purchased the Premium Real Estate Salesperson Practice Test for $49.95. It was advertised that there were 500 questions in this practice test. When I launched the practice test I found out there were only 100. When I finished the test, it disappeared and was no longer available to me. I felt deceived because I thought I could use this as a reference for multiple studying sessions and I also thought it would be 500 questions as advertised. This was a huge rip-off and false advertising and I will be telling everyone I know to never purchase exam preparation materials from this company.

The test only gives you the same 24 questions over and over. After 2 rounds I had the answers memorized so its not very useful after 1 or 2 uses

A total nightmare trying to schedule and take my exam for Mass Real Estate. Tech problems on their end, was on phone for 1.5 hours and never resolved issue. Now waiting for approval to take the exam which Im told will take another 3-4 days. Waiting forever on hold for phone help, will never do business with them again if I can help it! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!k

Purchased the "Premium Real Estate Salesperson Practice Test" for $50 to prepare for the test which was advertised for it's "500+ questions" and "Unlimited Attempts." I went through one practice test of 100 questions, after which I was unable to access the program again. Contacted customer support only to find out that "You may take the practice exams an unlimited number of times: you will need to pay each time." Unbelievable. It's a scam. Would give 0/5 if possible..
