Not only are several of the questions very repetitive, but also not encompassing of some relative exam topics. To top this off, I found that 8 of the questions "missed", I actually didn't. I used several sources to verify. The AI tool from psi is also absolutely useless. Asked for code references for questions and it either couldn't or wouldn't provide them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete waste of money.

The monitoring of the work environment was pretty strict which is understandable. I was actually instructed to keep my hand away from my mouth while taking the exam and it took longer than previous online proctoring experiences to receive approval for the work area. Also, something happened with the internet connection during the exam which resulted in me only being able to complete 15 questions. I was not able to re-connect. In the event that something like that happens in the future, is there a protocol to follow to try to get back online to resume the exam or is that attempt forfeited? It's a shame that I had to spend money on a test that I wasn't able to complete and I hope that it does not happen the next time around.

When I knew what to look for it was easy to find what I needed. Website was easy to navigate and simple to understand. Thank you.

My exam was scheduled to be taken on 3/13. I went through all of the system checks with my computer days prior to the exam and everything was marked as compatible. The day before the exam, I attempted to open the PSI system and do the tutorial. This would not work for me, I was able to open PSI but it would not load past the first screen, I called the PSI IT department where I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour as they tried to trouble shoot this (Ticket # POA *******) They could not fix the issue but "assured me that it would not happen the day of the exam and that this is simply because it is a tutorial" I asked for a callback number in the even t it does happen the day of the exam. She gave me "PSIs direct IT number". The next morning when trying to log into my exam- the same thing happened. I tried calling the number given to me but it was required an extension number which I was not given. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone with PSI's IT trying to trouble shoot the issue again. They were unable to fix the issue and I was marked absent from my exam. I am now waiting an additional 5-7 business days for the veterinary board to investigate the issue and decide whether I can reschedule my exam at no cost and if that attempt will be held against me. I am very unhappy because I followed all the instructions and was ready and prepared to take my exam and now I need to wait another 2 weeks before possibly being able to take it again.

Pretty convenient. I hope it prepares me for the test. Since I have not seen the content or taken the test I can only give four stars for the service so far.

I've never wasted my time and money more unproductively in my life the study prep doesn't help you prep at all. I would have been more productive with my time if I didn't study and just slept. I'm not sure psi even knows what there own test is about the only way the study prep could be helpful is if you use it to know what the test isn't going to be about.

It feels a very well established path to buy this book!

Me and my business partner purchased the 100 dollar option and when I took the lle test it became obvious within the first ten questions that the prep was a waste of time and money I still passed first try tho I also want a refund and an apology

I was offered a 1 week package and wasn't able to purchase because it wouldn't scroll down to hit pay option. I tried to fix it and then it disappeared. I could not locate that purchase again. Very frustrated! I have the exam coming up and can not take anymore time with this. I will never purchase again.

Very quick and efficient! I've heard great things from other people regarding these exams and how it helps them prepare for the VTNE

Ordering was easy, but I didn't like that you only had 60 days to access something you paid for. I missed my window and had to purchase again.
